I bought my home that already had the solar. I have attempted to reach out to the company for the past month or so via their online support for a call back or email and still haven't heard from anyone. Their phone support is just a machine which doesn’t not allow calls to go through as they prioritize the installers. This is horrible. They want you to buy but once installed, they dont care about follow up since the product is already installed and they got paid.

Registered as installer in April but the registration process failed and was unable to login. All previous attempts to resolve this failed.
Today, Devika helped me and didn’t stop until the issue was resolved. Thank you so much, this is such a relief now.

It was nice to communicate with a real person (Swaroop) who was able to quickly resolve the problem

Extremely disappointing to have a meeting with solar edge on Friday where it’s explained our customer has a bug issue stopping their solar edge working. Given a day of Monday for it to be sorted (yesterday) and then all lines of communication broken after multiple emails and calls trying to get in touch to resolve this. Seems like we was told what we wanted to hears on the teams call and then ignored. Not sure if solar edge know what they’re doing. See you at solar and storage!!!

Clear explanation how things were set at their servers, so I could re-install my software according his advice.

Especially the re-installation of apps may look simple, but can go wrong with illegal cashed keys on multiple stages depending on your OS, browser etc.

Likhith was very supportive throughout the whole process and fixed the issues we were having

My SolarEdge SE7600 inverter failed on December 2, 2025. SolarEdge approved an RMA for a warranty replacement on December 10, but approximately nine months later I still have not received the replacement inverter or even a firm shipment date.

I have made repeated attempts to resolve this directly with SolarEdge.

In March and again in April, SolarEdge told me that the inverter was out of stock and backordered and could provide no estimated delivery date. I told SolarEdge that I was willing to accept an appropriate compatible replacement rather than wait indefinitely for the exact original model.

I sent a formal written demand on April 30.

On July 22, SolarEdge responded in writing and expressly stated, “Your RMA … has been approved” and “We are prioritizing the shipment of your replacement inverter.”

No inverter arrived.

My subsequent calls to Customer Service on July 31, August 17 and August 26 went unanswered. I left messages requesting callbacks and received none.

A Final Demand was successfully delivered to SolarEdge's Milpitas address on August 19.

On August 23, I emailed SolarEdge again and specifically stated that I would accept an SE7600H-US if it is an appropriate replacement for my system. SolarEdge responded by telling me that the case had been closed for more than three weeks and that I needed to create another case. No explanation was given for why the case had been closed while the approved RMA remained unfulfilled.

I have tried for approximately nine months to resolve what should be a straightforward approved warranty replacement.

I am asking SolarEdge to provide the appropriate replacement inverter and restore my solar system to operation. I have all case and RMA information available and will provide it privately to SolarEdge immediately upon request.

I have now also filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Nine days have passed since that complaint was filed, and I have received no response from SolarEdge.

I will gladly update this review if SolarEdge resolves the problem.

Na een aantal jaren werkte 1 zonnepaneel niet meer zag ik in de app, hierover een mailtje gestuurd en daaruit bleek een optimizer kapot deze moest vervangen worden
Ik had 20 jaar garantie op de zonnepanelen maar ik moest wel 160€ voorrijkosten betalen voor een onderdeel wat 50€kost dat vond ik belachelijk en nu ga ik zelf wel het dak op

Opgepast nieuwe installateur kiezen is 99€ kwijt op hun site staat gratis maar dan kan je niet verder zolang je betaald hebt en terug betalen kunnen ze niet want betaald is betaald !!!!!!!
