I have sent 3 email and not hear back from anybody this company does bad bussniss and doesn't care about the customer I also reported to better bussniss

This is my second security camera system purchase for installing at my new place of business. Being a small business operator having a good security camera system is essential. These systems are pretty easy to operate and install (I have the Samsung NVR). Also, the vendor Soltech Security has been my "go-to," for purchasing this type of equipment for years. Good customer support as well as reasonable prices for the equipment they sell.

Good service, fast delivery, easy to use website. They became my main source of security cameras.

I am surprised Samsung would not be checking up on your company. I bought two new back up cameras and while they were packed in small boxes, you tossed them in a larger box with no wrapping in the box. One camera got damaged in transit. Lesson learned. Buy someplace else next time. Poor packaging

Having problems, they wont return calls, I get a completely different type of response when I email. Product not working, ready to call the BBB, seriously, they have been horrible to work with

Fast same day shipping as advertised! Very satisfied with product. Would have given 5 stars but they forgot to email shipping information. Had to call them and encountered some difficulty getting to a live person otherwise great ,fast friendly service. Would have no problems recommending this company to anyone!
