Plugs do not work
We order a unit to replace a unit that was already installed. Tried to explain the power supply was different from the first unit. The second power supply will only fit four cameras. It came with another adapter for 7 cameras but the plug to the DVR is different from the 4 plug. Tried sending a picture to the technician. Really got nowhere. Now i have a dvr that does not work and my entire system is not working. Is there someone on a local basis that can help remedy our system and get what we need. We are in San Antonio Texas.

Great Product but I misunderstood
I thought Soltech was easy to deal with, though my return/refund hasn't been completed yet so that may change :) I loved the camera, which I bought to monitor my dogs while I'm at work. I did not realize that a subscription to a monitoring company was required to use it, however, so I returned it.

Very impressed
I am very impressed with the emails informing me of every step in the ordering and receiving of the product. The only thing I might like to see is a way to contact customer service by phone in case I have questions.

Technical information call
I had to call Soltech Security about extra camera cables that I needed and the representative was very quick and technically savvy about the information. I intend to purchase in the near future extra cameras and I will certainly use this company. I would also recommend them to family and friends.

Great product and fast delivery !
I purchased Samsung security camera cables, as the original cables were too short. The cables came with a BNC coupler. The cables provided an excellent picture quality and the turn around on the delivery was very fast with just regular shipping. I will purchase from them again.

Bad service
Unacceptable! I paid $110 for next day shipping, and is more than a week now and I haven't received it.
I called and email costumer service to cancel my order and nobody answer me back.
I wish I wouldn't order never. Of course I'll return your item back.

I ordered a security system through them and the power pack didn't work. Instead of sending me another power pack they sent a whole new system. The customer service has been excellent the whole way through. They paid for return postage as well. I would recommend them to anyone that needs to buy a security system.
