Be very careful when buying from Sosander. My sister bought me a top and a pair of trousers for my birthday which were too small. She assumed the returns policy was the same as every one else and not just 14 days. Unfortunately by the time she returned them it was 4 days over the 14 days and they refused to give a gift certificate let alone a refund. Left a very sour taste and I have gone from liking this brand to never wanting to purchase from them again. Be very careful.

Re. The response I received below. I sent a separate email to your customer services team who informed me they could help me with the online purchase and have offered a gift voucher which is great, however they are unable to help me with the purchase in store and apparently that is left down to the discretion of the manager. I see you as one Brand and it’s a shame that you have individual shops some of which providing a bad customer experience and others a good one. It would seem the one in Marlow is less helpful and therefore in return could damage your Brand. Hasn’t left a good taste in my mouth and I will advise all my friends in Marlow and people on here to avoid that shop.

Yet another failure to deliver and no resolution by Sosander's Customer Service of my missing order.
I placed an order with Sosander on 8 March 2026, for delivery to my home address in Spain. On 11 March, their global fulfillment partner, Global-E, confirmed despatch of my order no. GE11573951343GB.
On 25 March, I emailed Sosander's Customer Services to query when I could expect delivery of my order, advising them that their courier's tracking system stated that the package had been dropped off at a DPD pick-up point and that a message had been sent to me with details of the pick-up point, but I had received nothing and I didn't know why my order wasn't delivered to my home address.
On 26 March, Customer Services responded saying that there had been an update on DPD's tracking system, but when I checked it, the status was the same as the day before, and I responded to Sosander advising them of that. I received no further response from Sosander, so I messaged their Customer Services again on 31 March, requesting an update.
On 1 April, Customer Services advised me that they had escalated the issue to their courier and would get back to me. Having received no response by 7 April, I emailed again,requesting an update and stating that, if this could not be resolved by close of business on 8 April, I expected a full refund of my payment.
Today, 10 April, I have received no acknowledement of my messages and no update. I called Customer Service, waiting on the line while repeated recorded messages said I was 2nd in line, then 1st in line, then a 'beep' (as you would hear from an answering machine), but no-one there. And, yet again, all of this is at my cost, phoning from Spain!
So another example of Sosander's poor delivery system and terrible customer service. I still don't know what has happened to my order and have not received a refund of the payment I made more than a month ago.

Return labels weren't recognised at post office,so 3rd time lucky the QR code did the trick

The dress is lovely, the colours are so bright , I am very happy with my purchase.

I had received an empty bag with the item missing, so contacted customer service and I received an email back very quickly just confirming what had happened. Faye and Sophia were dealing with the issue and kept me informed throughout with a good outcome.

I asked for my gift card expiry date to extended because unfortunately the date had expired by two months and Annie replied to my e-mail very promptly and extended my card by 28days which is very much appreciated so that I can know place my order.

Many thanks to Sofia for the prompt response and swift payment. I sent an email in the morning, and an hour later, I received a response from Sofia, who apologized for the delay in processing the refund. The refund was credited to my account immediately. I greatly appreciate the excellent customer service and highly recommend Sosandar's customer support team.

I tried to order a jacket online on a bank holiday. I couldn't get the discount code to work so emailed Sosandar not expecting a reply on the day. Within 5 minutes I had a very cheerful and helpful e-mail from Charlie giving me the discount code, which I used. I then managed to put the wrong postcode in for delivery of my item and had to e-mail Charlie again. Again they replied within minutes and resolved the issue. On both occasions I felt like nothing was too much trouble and I thought the customer service was fantastic, especially given that it was a bank holiday.

Let op: retourkosten!
Op de levering zelf valt niets aan te merken. Ik had een jurkje besteld, maar toen ik het ontving, bleek de pasvorm anders dan verwacht. De kwaliteit is wel goed.
Het aanmaken van een retourlabel lukte in eerste instantie niet, maar na een bericht kreeg ik snel reactie en kon ik het alsnog regelen. Echter… let op: de retourkosten bedragen €20. Dit heb ik zelf nog nooit meegemaakt en vind ik erg hoog.
Dit heb ik ook per mail aangegeven. Voor mij is dit een reden om hier niet meer te bestellen. Daarom geef ik één ster.
