I booked a flight through Southall…
I booked a flight through Southall travel. Since I booked it they keep changing the time when I speak to the agent they're so rude not very helpful at all. If you want to ask something they tell you to speak to the airline yourself. What's their job then not helping people who booked through them . They're sitting there to make money only.

One of the worst companies ever
One of the worst companies ever. It is all a money making scheme they give you high ticket prices and also the customer service is appalling. When agents are going home the cut the call, they keep interrupting you snd are patronising. My information was logged incorrectly and I can't view the information because they can't update the information. Most of the agents do not have basic customer service skills once they have the money for the deposit they become nasty. Desmond at complaints is not professional, Charles/Sahil/Manisha/Solomon/Daljit / Benny are all very unprofessional and rude.

Just called southall travel to book holiday to thailand got a price online for £2066 bb and flights hotel pool access and was told unable to book as was told this is not valid the price given to me by advisor was £2217 and was told price online is not valid?

My Maldives holiday with Southall.
I have been booking our holidays with Southall travel for over 20 years. And I will continue to do so in future.
For the most recent holiday my travel consultant was Ruchika. She is very capable, well informed and very experienced in tailor-made holidays. My complex requirements were no problem to Ruchika and she found me the best possible flights, Hotels at best possible prices.
The booking process was very smooth and very professional. Communication via emails were very prompt and information was always accurate.
Service provided by the company has always been exemplary. Staff are very courteous and friendly and they understand our requirements and come up with best possible solution.
