Beware of this people, they will make you take decision under duress , just to make you fall in the trap of cancellation so they can take your money. I gave them one star because no option for zero. Avoid! Avoid!Avoid them i said. That my £360 you took will choke you. I have written to your customer service several and they are not willing to do anything. I cancelled the flight in a month or less and was told that I will receive my balance between 5 to 6wks and nothing happened until I reached out again after 10 weeks.

Done the two tickets with Mr Krunal, give good deals.

I will never recommend this travel agency i booked with nitin he even didn’t send my return ticket and suddenly day before my flight he said flight has been cancelled from airlines but I was checking flight has not been cancelled and he promised me he will issue new ticket and then he keeps changing his word I m feeling very helpless because I been waiting and then I messaged to another advisor and sent her all screenshots but she even didn’t help me she even didn’t bother to reply so this is the most worse travel agency and unprofessional people i have ever seen

I needed to change my travel dates for the ticket I have booked already. Spoke with Kunal at southall travel. An absolute gentleman helped me what my requirements are and went extra mile to help me to rearrange my travel dates. An absolute amazing person.

Barry was amazing whilst dealing with our booking to the Maldives found us an amazing deal at a brilliant price.

Would highly recommend to anyone to speak with Barry he goes above and beyond to find the best deal.

I normally have a good experience with this company. I have booked flights with them a number of times with no problem at all. However, tonight my booking experience with Consultant Ashwin was really terrible. During the call, he changed the quote 3 times for the same flight. He initially quoted £891 and said flexible booking no charge if you need to change dates, pay only the price difference. When I agreed, he put me on hold, when he came back he said the price had increased. Then he said £845 then £948. I said I won’t take it if £948, I can get it lower with Trip. He said we’ll stick to £891 and will
give me 2 luggages and because of that I agreed to proceed. When he sent the info and link for payment via email. I note what he promised that it’s flexible is not there as it states £150 penalty if i need to change the date, which he claims is actually 130 euros (?). As soon as I paid the deposit, he called me back and said that it’s actually 1 luggage or send back my deposit. I just wasted an hour talking to this person who kept saying things that are not true to bait you. I was fed up and said that I’ll take the option for my deposit be back because I no longer know what’s true. He said my deposit of £250 will be back on my card tom which I hope is true. I’m really disappointed how Ashwin handled my booking tonight.

Kunal at Southall Travel delivered excellent customer service, he was polite, professional and very helpful. Kunal went the extra mile to make sure I was happy with my booking. I would definitely recommend booking with him.

Worst Tarvel company. No customer service at all. Still waiting for refund for one of my ticket.Its been 8 months now. It feels that this company is run by ghosts. Managers never call back. Very shocked to see them as a nominee for best travel agency for families. They just qualify for the worst travel agency ever.

Excellent Service and Outstanding Customer Care

I would like to say a huge thank you to Southall Travel (Nathan) for the exceptional service and understanding they showed during an extremely difficult time for my family.

We had booked a holiday to Dubai, but sadly, my dad was diagnosed with cancer and, due to the circumstances, we were unable to travel. Southall Travel were incredibly understanding and went above and beyond to assist us, ultimately providing us with a full refund for our holiday.

At a time when we were already dealing with a lot emotionally, having a company show such compassion and flexibility made a huge difference. Their professionalism, communication and willingness to help were truly appreciated.

I cannot thank Southall Travel enough for the way they handled our situation. Excellent customer service from start to finish, and a company I would have absolutely no hesitation recommending to others.

Scammers - worst travel company, their arm flysharp took my money, issued tickets then two days before travel asked for more money for alternatives stating airline has cancelled the flight whereas etihad is still showing the flight as scheduled and bookable as well. When asked for refund as they failed to provide what they were paid for, denied the request. Asked to speak to a manager, denied. Not call back arranged, no confirmation email sent, denied stating cannot send emails...

Received 8-9 missed calls from another no - half a ring and disconnect. When called the same no, it turned out to be Southall travel which is another scammed and they denied any calls to me. When asked about flysharp they accepted its their company.

Opened a charge back as a last resort and awaiting bank's response now.

Stay away from these scammers. Using different names, yet same business.

Very disappointed with Southall Travel. My Jeddah stop was originally 3 hours, which I paid extra for, but has now been changed to 10 hours. This is especially difficult as I’m travelling with my mum who has health issues and my younger brother.

I called twice and was promised a callback but nobody contacted me. When I called again, Bharti was extremely rude and unhelpful. 6 people more from family were booking also. I’ve told them to wait now until mine is resolved Completely unacceptable customer service.

Norman, made the whole experience stress free.
He was incredibly helpful and patient. I had to change several details. He did not make me feel as though I was wasting his time. He was very calm and knowledgeable abd as I said helpful.
I will definitely book through Norman at Southall Travel again.
