Booked an apt online - for later this month. Got a phone call to say Alan was in the area in 2 days time on Saturday & could do the oven then. Delighted. On the morning, got an email to say Alan had decided to take the weekend off & could not do it. Phoned a couple of days later to rebook and was told the earliest it would be would be the end of July - even though I had an an extra oven or two lined up. Really not impressed - going to do it myself.

Absolutely fantastic! Oven went from dirty to clean-which is great in itself, but Alan who came out was knowledgeable and informative about what different chemicals do to oven metals, and I greatly appreciated he fact he uses non toxic cleaning products.
Alan had great communication confirming the booking & sending reminders prior, and was considerate in calling to arrange an earlier time when he had availability. I would absolutely recommend South Lakes Oven Cleaning to anyone needing it, it was a pleasure.

Alan has made a fabulous job of cleaning our cooker(s) and in addition spotted a problem which we wouldn't have noticed and which could have resulted in short circuiting or fire. So big thanks to Alan for his advice and expertise.
