Ordered parts for my Karcher pressure washer over the Jubilee weekend so wasn't expecting my order to be processed until Monday - arrived Tuesday. I did pay for next day delivery but clearly my order was processed very quickly. Would buy again :-)

Perfect fit, speedy delivery.

I needed a spare electric box and cable for my Karcher pressure washer but it was difficult to identify the exact part so the customer support person, Eve, was very helpful identifying the correct part number. She ordered it in to stock and notified me when it was available for me to order. I received the part in two days, fitted it, and I now have a fully functional pressure washer. The price was good, the service was excellent and I’m glad I was able to repair the machine for £70 instead of spending £500 on a new one. Not forgetting the sustainability aspect of course.

Part ordered looked very similar but didnt fit my karcher. Damaged it trying to make it fit, was offered store credit but wouldn't use them again so what good is store credit.

Parts seem like they are poor quality and customer service wasnt much better.

If I had been offered even a partial refund I would of rated them higher.

*Just to confirm the only reason that part broke, was because it didn't fit properly in the first place. I spent £50 with you and was asking for a partial refund of £13 on the one part that didn't fit.
If you think that sounds unreasonable then that says alot about the ethics of your company.
Try to support a local business rather then going on ebay or amazon and that's what you get.

The reply of the emails was never an issue for me. The times were perfectly reasonable but they definatly weren't with in 20mins. So Im not sure why you have mentioned that?

Took one star off the rating because the returns policy seems to be designed for aversion. It's not a very simple process. That should be improved. Things like that make people want to avoid not only returning items, but also returning to you for their next purchase.

Still. If you know what you're buying and it all works out, you'll have a great time.

good selection of o rings bit pricey

I rarely write reviews but I felt this company deserved my recognition. My dyson broke yesterday after a few months of being on its way out. I knew it needed a new motor and a cap. I’ve just fixed my hoover after these parts arrived today and it’s still less than 24 hours since I placed the order. All this amidst the covid situation.

The shop which has everything just the job
