Speedy delivery and good customer service!

If I could give them less than one star I would. The process to sign up was straight forward and easy so I had high hopes, the response to get a prescription was pretty fast however the prescription was rejected by the pharmacy due to the directions needing to be corrected. The pharmacy said they reached out but recommended I did as well. I reached out and was told a team would be looking into it and get back to me with an update. That never occurred. So I reached back out to follow up, I explained in detail what was going on. The rep, Erika, would send me canned macro responses that did not have anything to do with what I was saying, throughout the entire conversation she sounded like a robot I even had to ask if she was at one point which she didn't acknowledge then ended the conversation with a generic response of they are looking into and would reach out. I never received any outreach, I emailed, I filled out a form on their website and nothing not one person ever sent me anything. I reached out again and the rep told me she would give me an update in 2 hours, never heard from them. Got the same rep she told me to give them until end of day again never heard from them. Reached out today and the rep told me to reach BACK out to them in 30 minutes. The lack of communication and support is absolutely atrocious. I shouldn't have to chase people down just for clarity as to what is going on. They had no issue taking my money immediately but when you need assistance you get absolutely nothing. They will keep telling you they will get in contact and it never happens. They are being reported for fraudulent and bait and switch activity. Speedy Health is not speedy by any means.

Update as of 05/20/26. I had submitted a complaint to BBB and they responded that they could not pursue the complaint because the business is unreachable, appears to be located outside the United States, and the Delaware address is not a physical location for the business. The address on the website is a shell. I also reached out since I had not received an update like I was told I would requesting to cancel and receive a refund. The rep, Erika, which I do not believe that is her actual name sent me canned responses then offered 50% refund and ended the chat when I told her I wanted a full refund and to cancel since I have not received anything. I tried calling the number, the automated voice is strange it would ring and ring then hang up. Someone finally answered and hung up on me, when I called back it would say all agents are busy. This is indeed an absolute scam. I have reported them to the FTC, Attorney General and Cyber Crime IC3. Do not use this company at all, it is not even based in the United States.
