A big relieve!
Both Brandon and Kitt certainly know what they are doing and I am so glad we can get my case sorted out. Mine was a difficult one to start with and many documents and upfront strategies are needed. Knowing that Brandon has started this way in advance to give some space for mistakes, eventually we can cross the finish line well in time, well done and I would recommend everyone to use their excellent services!

Excellent Service
Excellent service received from SPF (Cara & Finn) during our remortgage. Explained our options clearly and gave us good options to choose from in terms of lenders, rates, products etc. The process was smooth and they both helped move things along and chase the lenders solicitors when needed.
Highly recommend engaging them if you are taking out a new mortgage or in the process of remortgaging.

Great service, but conservative procedure - just allow a lot of time.
It would be close to 5* except some of the internal protocols seem to necessitate things pass certain milestones before the next set of procedures are instigated, even if in reality some of those later items could be done in parallel. E.g strictly waiting for the offer document before introducing solicitors, rather than making the assessment of how likely the offer document will come through, and hence causing unneccesary anxiety and delay.
Similar to the above they could integrate with the solictors a bit better in terms of KYC. (Agree the same ID app for example,) On an unrelated transaction i sent ID to both parties in one round and that made things far lighter admin wise.
The actual interactions with personnel etc were superb though.
