Jack Clarke was an exceptional professional as our mortgage broker. He was very clear, diligent and thoughtful in all our interactions! He also connected us to his colleagues in a timely fashion to ensure we were insured with a competitive insurance company on the day of exchange.

First class service
The service I have received from SPF has been professional, prompt, reliable and proactive. I worked with Ollie James a few years ago on my first mortgage as a FTB and personally sought him out again at SPF to work on the mortgage for my new purchase. Ollie is nothing short of helpful and knowledgable in his field, I trust him fully and know that he’s working to get me the best rate possible. My mortgage was sorted shortly after my offer was accepted meaning I had one less thing to worry about during the entire process. Though it all got a bit confusing at one stage as we wre being sent things from both SPF and the bank and it was difficult to know whether we had provided all that was necessary to complete the mortgage. More clarity from SPF on what we needed to do and what was outstanding (ie a live checklist would have been helpful)
