I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding my recent travel experience under PNR IKYMME.
My original flight was scheduled from Mumbai to Bengaluru. However, upon arrival at the airport, ground staff informed me that the flight was likely to be delayed or cancelled. I was subsequently diverted to Chennai, which resulted in a significant disruption to my schedule and forced me to make alternative travel arrangements at my own expense.
Despite these circumstances, I was not provided with any accommodation during the transit. To reach my final destination, I was forced to book a flight with a different airline and subsequently had to purchase a train ticket from Chennai to Bengaluru.
I have attached all supporting documentation to this email for your review, including:
- The original boarding pass (Mumbai to Bengaluru)
- The new boarding pass (Mumbai to Chennai)
- The train ticket from Chennai to Bengaluru
- A screenshot of the flight delay notification sent by the airline
I request a full review of this matter and look forward to your response regarding a refund for the original journey and appropriate compensation for the additional expenses.
Worst experience ever
Worst experience ever. Extremely poor cabin maintenance and completely unprofessional staff behavior. The service on this SpiceJet flight was disappointing from start to finish. Staff at Bangalore International Airport were rude, unhelpful, and showed zero professionalism. Absolutely unacceptable experience — needs serious improvement.

I am extremely disappointed with the handling of today’s SpiceJet flight from BOM (Mumbai) to AMD (Ahmedabad).
The flight was originally scheduled for 9:55 PM on 29/04/2026, and currently it is already 1:40 AM on 30/04/2026 with more than 4 hours of delay. Despite such a long delay, there has been no proper response or communication from the staff.
The ground staff themselves do not have proper updates from the senior management, and passengers are being left without clear information regarding departure timing. The situation at the airport is very poorly managed.
Additionally, there has been no proper arrangement for basic passenger needs:
- No proper drinking water arrangement
- No food arrangement for passengers
- No proper assistance or customer support
- No accurate delay updates
This kind of service is completely unacceptable, especially during late-night hours when passengers are tired, travelling with families, children, and elderly members.
I request SpiceJet management to immediately address this issue, provide proper support to passengers, and take responsibility for the inconvenience caused.

I am extremely disappointed with SpiceJet due to repeated flight cancellations. This is not a one-time issue—it has happened multiple times, causing serious inconvenience and financial loss.
Last-minute cancellations with little to no proper communication have made it very difficult to plan travel, especially when handling bookings for clients. The lack of reliability and poor response from customer support only adds to the frustration.
As someone who regularly books flights, I find it hard to trust SpiceJet anymore. Consistency and dependability are critical in the travel industry, and unfortunately, this airline has failed to meet those expectations.
I would strongly advise travelers to think twice before booking if their schedule is important.

My flight was delayed for more than 3 hours an ground staff was rude they just informed me to wait and someone would get in touch with me but their was no one who came to speak with for more than 2 hours when I asked them what can be done to resolve the staff told me to take my refund with taxes deduction and all other necessary deduction an go to other airlines as it was connecting flight when I boarded my other flight they had air pressure issue where in the a/c was not working so after I boarded the flight with other passengers we are inside the flight locked for 3 hours with out any apology or even a sip of water they just ordered us to sit in our seats this occurred on the flight for 19th of March
I arrived 5 minutes late
I arrived 5 minutes late, and I was told that the counter was closed and I was turned away. Even though there were still 50–55 minutes left for the flight to take off, I was not given a boarding pass. Because of an emergency, I had to book another flight, which caused me a loss of ₹15,000.
SpiceJet is responsible for this , and I will never travel with your flights again in the future.

I had booked a flight with SpiceJet from Ahmedabad to Sharjah for 18 March for myself and my son. Due to the war situation, the flight was canceled by the airline. Despite repeated follow-ups, I have still not received my refund. My husband called customer service many times, and they kept saying the refund would be processed, but now they disconnect calls and have stopped responding properly. The tickets were very expensive because they were booked during a difficult time, which makes this even more disappointing. Extremely poor customer service and unprofessional handling of refunds. I am writing regarding my booking with PNR XDGD6Z for travel from Dubai to New Delhi on 6 April 2026.
I am extremely dissatisfied to learn that my original flight from Dubai has been changed to a different flight (SG 5006) departing from Fujairah without my consent. This is a major and unacceptable change, as Fujairah is a different city and requires additional travel arrangements.
Moreover, I had specifically chosen and booked this ticket because it included a 30 kg check-in baggage allowance (2 pieces), which was an important factor in my purchase decision. However, the revised flight now provides only 20 kg baggage allowance, which is a clear downgrade from what I originally booked.
I did not agree to either of these changes:
Change of departure airport (Dubai to Fujairah)
Reduction in baggage allowance (30 kg to 20 kg)
Due to these unauthorized and inconvenient changes, I am not willing to proceed with the revised booking.
Therefore, I request a full refund of the total amount paid without any deductions, as this is an involuntary change initiated by the airline.

The plane broke whilst taking off. Everybody has been kept on board for 3 hours, after which asked to leave with no info or support.
I filed for a refund and after a few hours, the status on my claim had changed to ' booking cancelled' - which means no entitlement to a refund. All e-mail bounces back. Typical indian service. Pure scam
