Top Quality Service
Spothost has looked after my flat for 3 years and always provides an excellent service - the team are consistently prompt, professional and friendly and have gone out of their way on a number of occasions to help me out. I would highly recommend them!

We were new to AIRBNB and luckily we found spothost. They helped us optimise our listing, set realistic prizes and took our the complete management of our property. They were efficient and effective. Within months we became superhost with 5 star reviews from guest time after time.

bad experience
I would honestly suggest you use any other hotel services over SpotHost❗️
After realising that the toilet was blocked ,and viewing more damages to several walls and fixtures, we called to have it fixed.
After waiting two and a half hours two “plumbers” arrived with no van, no equipment and casually dressed. Both with attitudes that were so hostile from the start!!
Not even venturing into the toilet they told us that we had to leave because they could smell drugs?! When challenged on this they said “you guys have sprayed a lot of perfume/aftershave!” ....
they couldn’t comprehend how a bunch of ppl planing a night out would be spraying perfume etc... ???
After being threatened more we were forced to vacate with all our belongings (16 bags!), when asked if they could secure us another place to stay they said it wasn’t there priority.
They claimed to have contacted both the police and booking.com, both untrue. When they refused to pay back the holding fee (after we broke NOTHING!) they then proceeded to delete our reviews on their Facebook page and removed the ability to leave reviews! 100% not suspicious whatsoever (!)
I would urge that you do not use this service before reading this review.
