Its the first time i ever came across this kind of design for furniture and honestly i am blown away. Not only by the quality of product but also from the exceptional design that can only be found on Srelle. Its like old meets young. But it gets even better. It is a perfect mixture of the nostalgic qualitites we loved in our older furniture thus making us feel like home , but then you come across the modern and minimal way of design coming in to make this a bargain you shouldn't sleep on.

All 6 chairs arrived on time. Nicely packed and without damage. The strength and materials seem quality to me for now.

I ordered the Committee Chair in October 2021 and to date have not received it. Despite several strong-worded conversations over a number of months they have not been able to provide any information on progress or an expected delivery date. We have made a request to cancel the order and to be provided with a refund. They responded that they are unable to do this because the chair is in manufacture and therefore this option is no longer available to us. At this point they are still unable to commit to a firm delivery date.

Despite threatening court proceedings, I believe they have no intention of fulfilling the order. We have now logged a chargeback request with our credit card company in an attempt to claim back the payment.

Please also be aware that they are monitoring their social media accounts and deleting all negative comments. The page looks extremely professional with beautiful images but do not be fooled!

I WOULD ADVISE ALL POTENTIAL BUYERS NOT TO BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!

SCAM & FRAUD

Stay away at all costs. This company appears to be an online shopping scam and engaged in fraud and theft.

I ordered almost $10,000 of furniture in 2021 that was never shipped or delivered. I disputed the transaction with my bank/credit card company because despite following up numerous times, the company failed to deliver any of the items in the order, could never provide me with a tracking number, canceled the order, issued an invoice indicating that my credit card had been refunded when it was not, and subsequently agreed to issue a refund multiple times and never did. Even after canceling the order, issuing an invoice falsely showing my credit card had been refunded in full and agreeing numerous times in writing to issue a refund, during the dispute process, the company even went so far to submit false information, documents and photos to their payment processor (Stripe) and my bank/credit card company and claimed to have delivered goods that were in fact never shipped or delivered. And the photos submitted by the company to Stripe and the credit card company weren’t even pictures of any items I had ordered. This is wire fraud.

The entire process was a complete nightmare and it took over 14 months to get my money back from the date of full payment. If I had not filed a dispute with my credit card company, I would have never received the money back.

If you are a victim, make sure to submit your dispute with your credit card company as soon as possible. In addition, if you are in the US, you can submit a complaint to the FBI, Federal Trade Commission, US Department of Justice and Internet Crime Complaint Center.

Betaplus, Lena Chair, Dimo Chair.

Check out their reviews on Trust Pilot, which indicates these companies are taking money for orders, never delivering orders, agreeing to issue a refund and never issuing the refund and blaming it on the customer and/or credit card company or their payment processor. Positive reviews appear to be fake. I’m surprised “Trust” Pilot continually allows what appears to be fake reviews to regularly be posted for these companies.

The owner or one of the owners also appears to be starting and investing in additional companies including Paleo, TwoLink and My Ritual Tea.

I bought the office chair and I loved in. Fits my living room so well and it is so easy to order it on their website!

My furniture arrived faster than expected. Not only that but the quality of the material and craftmanship are top tier. Will definitely be purchasing from here again and would strongly recommend.
