I was hesitant to explore Staff Scanner at first, but I decided to attend their open day and was blown away by their team's openness and receptiveness to feedback. The warm and friendly atmosphere made it easy to connect with the team on a personal level, and their professionalism put them in a league of their own. In these challenging times for healthcare workers, I truly believe that Staff Scanner can provide hope for nurses who are passionate about caring. Their amazing work is an inspiration to us all.

I have found the staffscanner experience after a very short time to be good I however feel there is probably a reduction in Work for registered nurses within the NHS as there does not appear to be many choices. Melissa my main contact is very nice and helpful and will be trying her best to try a give me 2 or 3 shifts per week.

Been with Staffscanner for about 2 years. It's growing quickly, there is a lot to improve, there is a promise of improving, more training, the app, etc. I had support from management when required and the staff I got in touch with. The only downside is you don't have the same security as a full time job offers. There are plenty shifts and after a while you'll know where to go and where to avoid going. The app is quite smart, the payment after a shift goes in your bank account in 2-3 days. I wish they would invest more in their staff. For trained staff there is not enough training to cover the revalidation requirements and if you want more, they give the option of self funding. In a full time job, I never had to pay for my training. They offer moving and handling and basic training for trained staff, but that doesn't count towards revalidation.

Amazing support and training so far and I am not even on the books yet. I feel like I’ll be supported more than I’ve ever been as an agency nurse

I love the flexibility I’ve been here for five years and the 48 hour pay. It’s very easy for me to get a shift on the app, the social media strategy by Marianna focusing on mental health gives hope in the company and how they care about their staff.

People at staffscanner are an amazing bunch who work endlessly to try assist their customer base. They have vibrant personalities and attention to detail through all processes.

I approached Staffscanner to join as a nurse at the end of 2022. From initial contact to the onboard process I was fully supported by there recruitment team The application process was flawless,before I knew it I was picking up shifts with staffscanner. The difference about staffscanner is they have embraced technology but the human touch is there,anytime I reach out to them for support and guidance,it’s there. I highly recommend joining them.

Staffscanner is an amazing agency! Lots shifts and their app is so easy to use and makes my life easy. With no minimum shift requirements this helps me be flexible around my family. Their office staff are all so lovely and are always there to help when I need!
