Went to the shop and it was great to chat to the guys. Had good knowledge of the products and made suggestions too which was good. Also ordered flavour which they recommended from the site recently, which was really good and quick. Came within 48 hours and with tracking. Really impressed

But the real surprise came when I opened the package - I found a delightful assortment of sweets inside. My younger brother was over the moon and thoroughly enjoyed them. Very bad quality product and extremely expensive not worth it at all. You can get better at any high street store

Brought as a deal tro 100 gram flavours and 1kg of coal the coal didn’t arrive

The order was okay. The "free" coal they included was instead replaced by a small shisha flavour, which is fine. The flavour is okay, a bit weak and doesn't last as much as I would like for the price.

However, I did pay extra for next-day delivery because I was expecting guests. Instead, I received it three days later. I'll probably look for something more reliable next time.
