I contacted Stark Heating after my boiler started making my a funny whining noise. Garry and his Son came out and had a look at it quickly. I was very impressed with Garry’s knowledge and honesty. I was given a couple of options and quotes with full breakdown of costs for transparency. I have booked them in next month to carry out the repairs required.

My elderly parents had no heating on a cold February morning. Called at 8am and Gary attended just over 1 hour later. Fixed the issue and restored their heating, much to their relief and comfort.

Highly reccomend. Very professional and respectful of the house while undertaking the work, found a solution to meet our budget and went above and beyond expectations. Had no troubles since install. New boiler is working a treat, house feels brand new.

Garry was very prompt and we received regular communication prior to the appt scheduled. He also explained everything well and we received detailed email information about the service carried out. A new central heating wireless control was required and he was able to discuss different options to suit our budget. Overall very pleased with the service provided.

I have used Stark Heating & Gas Ltd several times to service and maintain our boiler and central heating system. As always, Garry was courteous, explained what he was doing and gave me full confidence in the works being carried out in a professional manner.

His timekeeping is very good, always arriving on time, or calling ahead if there is an opportunity for him to come earlier than scheduled.

Excellent service yet again. Booked to diagnose fault that had developed with our boiler. Had to wait around 3 weeks for the appointment as Gary so booked up, but was very happy to do so as we've had such excellent service in the past and these guys now know our boiler. Fault diagnosed, part sourced and repaired within one day. Communication fantastic throughout.
