Sohail who was the salesman was very polite and friendly and very informative nothing was to much trouble for him

After care service when getting in touch. They are slow at answering back .on occasions needing ti email them more than once to get a reply back.
Just collected a new DS4 from stelantis in Leicester
It was a pleasure to visit the showroom and do a deal.
Sohail was very helpful and pleasant from start to finish.

My car was booked in for a service. Past experience was not so good. Today Sharmarke Jama took care of me and listed all my queries and was very professional and caring from the onset. He kept me updated with videos and texts. Thank you 5 stars specifically to you.

I visited DS Leicester on Saturday and…
I visited DS Leicester on Saturday and met with one of the nicest car salesmen I’ve dealt with for many years . Sohail Gaba.
Nothing was too much trouble.
This was nice after my 100mile journey specifically to see the car.
After an “eventful” test drive of the DS4 a deal was sealed and I’m super happy.
Bypass the other 2 showrooms and seek out Sohail, you will be well looked after.

We had excellent customer service from Sohail from the first contact over the phone to meeting him at the Dealers. He was very knowledgeable answered all questions we were concerned about. I cannot thank Sohail Gaba enough, once again, for his thorough and attentive manner when we came in to discuss changing my car. There was no pressure in his approach to the sale, he covered all our questions with excellent knowledge and insight. We have previously worked with Sohail on many occasions when sorting out car sales for myself, my husband and our daughters, and every time we have received outstanding customer service. I wish every buying experience I’ve had was like this one!
It was a pleasure from start to finish dealing with Sohail at DS store in Leicester. We are originally enquired about a used car but Sohail was excellent at pursuing all of our options and managed to get us a great deal in a brand new car instead, to say we are chuffed would be an understatement. Having travelled 5 hours to collect the car we were met in the showroom and quickly offered some refreshments whilst all the boring stuff was sorted. The car itself was presented in immaculate condition inside a top tier showroom. Sohail was very thorough and informative during the vehicle handover. I wish every buying experience I’ve had was like this.

The whole experience of purchasing a new car was smooth, exciting and supportive. Sohail Gaba was genuinely interested in my partner and I getting the vehicle that was right for us. He was very generous with his time, professional knowledge, practical help and his willingness to answer our questions. He also made excellent tea! At no point did we feel under pressure to go ahead and the entire process felt really supportive. We feel very confident that any further queries we may have, as we adjust to driving a hybrid, will be just as fully answered as our experience so far. Thank you for such a positive experience.

I’ve experienced a great service, my new car wasn’t ready so was looked after till arrived.
Was kept upto date all the way through, and after car sale.
