I paid for full installation. Washing machine was incorrectly installed. Had to wait 4 days for engineer to correct the installation fault.

Stellisons are always my first stop for electrical goods. The Shop Assistants are knowledgeable and very helpful and the Delivery and Installation Team are Polite and very clean in their work.

Good price, great communication and very helpful

Needed a new integral microwave;'phoned Stellison's on the Friday with the size, which was smaller than the current standard sizes. Ray found one and I went in on Saturday for a look. Size seemed just about right and it arrived and was fitted on the Wednesday. Absolutely perfect. Staff, both shop and fitters are knowledgable and helpful. An altogether excellent retail experience.

I called the Benfleet shop to check if you had the model in stock which you did . I paid for it expecting next day delivery (Thurs) but told Friday earliest. I had the builder with me who said he would pick it up but I was still required to come to the shop for order documents to give to builder, I said I would come but then got phone call to say it can’t be done that way as my builder was collecting it and so my money was refunded and I would need to come and pay by cash or card for the very machine I had already paid for and had money returned.
Having been a customer over the years I was amazed at the difficulty of buying and paying for a washing machine. Fortunately my builder went to the shop and bought it for me . But why as I was on your system from previous purchases and my payment had cleared you could not have emailed the collection documentation over and made my life less stressful.

Having "killed" my trusty Zanussi freezer while defrosting l needed a cheap chest freezer quickly before lots of expensive meat thawed out.
After a quick phone call and with just 30 minutes left before closing Dan arranged for a new freezer to be ready for me, which was loaded into my car and saved the day.
Excellent service from a long established local company.

I had trouble with a new expensive oven
They tried to repair it but decided to offer me a replacement which was a newer model at no extra costs
The staff at the Chelmsford branch are professional respectful and go that little bit further to please their clients
