I ordered some spare plastic parts to replace some that had broken during decorating, They were received quickly, though could have been protected more for transit to avoid possible damage.

I purchased one of your Stelrad 600mm x 400mm 1143BTU White Type 11 Convector Radiator from Screwfix on October 20th last year for my toilet / occasional shower room. Fitted it early November (so less than 6 months) but today noticed that there is rust appearing on the top of the front panel. Sent several photos to stelrad on 30th March but still no reply.

Radiator came bent.

Just wanted some radiator baglav clips was ordering off newest iPhone but could not get checkout button to work. Spoke to Tracey H who advised me of a workaround which worked perfectly. Tremendous customer service.. it really made my day.

Delivery is taking too long

Easy ordering of part on line. Quick delivery by courier. Could have been sent by Royal Mail at a fraction of the £5 courier fee.

Everything went smoothly as I hoped. The online ordering was straightforward and the super quick delivery was a bonus.
I haven’t had the radiators unpacked as yet, but they are packaged very well and there is no visible signs of damage.
So far so good, very happy..

Delivered on day notified although a couple of hours late. On checking tall radiator package contents discovered that brackets were wrong size. Discussed with customer services who agreed and despatch the correct brackets. Being fitted at end of April.

I ordered a new radiator, this had damaged brackets, returned and another was delivered Good Friday and this was also damaged, soon to be returned.
A good quality control check is required.

Only comment is the rad was 3m long and arrived with a slight bend in, I was able to straighten it out, but would have been better if I didnt have too

A slight dent on one of the top grills, but only on very close inspection and too late to request an exchange as the old one had been removed
