Steptronic Footwear Avaliações 

I've been buying steptronic shoes for more than a decade, and really love the balance of comfort and style, across a wide range of types of shoes.

I've got a few pairs that have lasted me more than 5 years, but recently had a pair with a manufacturing fault that broke within a few weeks. I was a bit disappointed, but the company replaced them immediately with no fuss at all.

I can't fault the shoes or the service, they get 5 starts from me!

My very expensive Steptronic Goodwood suede leather shoes are falling apart after being worn for about 20 days. Poor quality manufacture or poor quality glue used to attach the sole to the uppers has failed. Avoid this Rubbish product.

I purchased a pair of Steptronic trainers. Within 6 months the soles are starting to fall apart. I contacted Steptronic and they offered 20% off my next purchase!

I've hardly worn them, perhaps once a week over the winter months.

Terrible customer service

Have been buying Steptronic shoes for at least 10 years and they have always been good. The last pair looked lovely, but after 6 months of wear maybe 1 or 2 days a week they are falling apart. I have emailed the company twice but no response.

Had an issue with some shoes after 3 months. They were replaced immediately and without issue

Whilst I love the comfort and style (genuinely punching above their position in the market in my opinion ) I’m disappointed to find that, for the second time of buying, a size 9 really is a size 8. I thought the first pair was possibly just a one off but I’m having to fill the space with shoe insoles which is ok but not ideal. They feel quite clumpy as a result. Regretting that I wore these to the office as I’m snookered on returning 😣. Beautiful shoes nonetheless.

I've been wearing steptronic shoes and boots for years now, they have excellent wide feet selection, never had to break a pair in, comfortable straight out of the box. Just bought the Lucerne boots, perfect and so comfortable ready for next winter, excellent polished chestnut colour, fur lined and so comfortable.

Bought shoes of Steptronic over many years. I started to get discomfort of wearing formal shoes in 2015 doing thousands of steps in London daily. In some way steptronic saved me. I found the shoes to always be of high quality. Highly recommend. 80% of all my shoes I own is now steptronic.

The colour of the shoes started to fade away in several places on both shoes, after the 3rd use.
I reached out to them and I was told that I needed to apply protection before wearing them!?:
Their reply by email:
“The shoes have been worn by the customer and the colour can be easily restored with a colour shoe cream.

Also, if a protector is not applied when the shoes are purchased and new, colour can often fade when the uppers get damp.”

Apparently, I need to search for a burgundy shoe paint and repair them myself :)
