We visited Steven Stone in Hale to look for an engagement ring, first thought was the shop looked like everything might be out of our price range, but we was presently surprised. Molly (our sales assistant) was amazing, explained the different types of diamonds and presented example to try on. We came away with a really beautiful ring and at a reasonable price within what we wanted to pay. Excellent & friendly service and at a very good price.

Just been on there website online looked at various pieces of jewellery but when you click onto description no description of the item no carat weight, gold weight,no clarity ..But when you click onto delivery etc it explains about that as if people will just add a pice of jewellery to a cart and pay in full without fully knowing the full details of the the piece of jewellery..

When searching for a jeweller an engagement ring I did the usual scouting and met with three other jewellers. I was immediately impressed with Robert, his approach was non-pressurised, informative and honest.
We went down the CAD route and Robert made it easy for me to explain my design idea and he provided lots of helpful image examples that I cut/spliced together to create the perfect ring for my fiancé, and the results were exactly as I wanted when the ring came in!
Robert also helped me to find the perfect diamond, and handled all my questions / concerns about buying a diamond in the height of lockdown. He found the stone and I spent a weekend searching for a better one, and I simply couldn’t!
I can’t praise him highly enough, and my fiancé is certainly very happy with the outcome, and that’s good enough for me :)

David Eagleton has just designed a special pair of earrings for our daughter. He listened carefully and patiently to our ideas and designed the most perfect, unique, delicate pair of earrings, which exactly matched the image we had in mind. He was also kind enough to look at our ten - year - old grandson’s drawings and incorporate the ideas into the professional design! David’s artistic skills and eye for detail are impressive. Most of all, his ability to really listen to you, the customer, makes him a real professional. This is our second commission from Steven Stone Jewellers in Hale and we would recommend them highly for the quality of the jewellery and excellent customer service!

Superb service from start to finish. David in particular was so helpful and knowledgeable.
Entire ordering process was done online, due to stores not being open, but can no fault the experience. The website is well organised and easy to follow and the team are really helpful, when you have those few questions before you buy.
Right through to delivery, it was so well organised. Would highly recommend.

I had the best online experience with the wonderful David who walked me through the whole process of creating a custom ring. He is the most caring and patient professional. He made the whole experience feel very personal. I’m so glad I trusted the reviews online and went for it, I’m thrilled with the ring. Steve Stone has to be THE best jewellers I’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Their customer service is fantastic, Robert for the Marylebone store was so friendly and he was a joy to deal with. He helped me design the best engagement ring for my now fiancé. My gf/fiancé is over the moon with her ring and I couldn’t be more thankful for the craftsmanship and the quality of the ring. Robert literally searched the globe on more than one occasion to find me the specific type of diamond I requested for the centre of the ring, and he managed to source the best quality diamond. I’m truly so happy with the entire experience and I couldn’t be more thankful for all of the Steven Stone team’s hard work!! We will be using them for when we design our wedding rings in 12 months time, I 100% recommend them - you won’t be disappointed!!!

We didn’t think the ring would be able to me hallmarked, but the team even managed to do that! My ring is stunning, Molly took her time, answered all our questions and I couldn’t be happier, my ring is perfect! Thank you for helping us choose our perfect engagement ring! Amazing Experience from start to finish! Couldn’t recommend these guys enough. Was really pushed for time as wanted to propose while abroad and after shopping around the high street jewellers and not being able to find a decent quality ring at a reasonable price Steven Stone came through and went above and beyond to make sure this was ready before we left the UK. Another thing to note was the quality of the ring, the diamond was by far superior to anything that was on offer even from Beaverbrooks. I got a better carat, colour and clarity for a few hundred pounds less! Finally communication from start to finish was excellent from multiple members of the team Molly and Max thank you! We’ll be back for the wedding bands for sure.

Steven Stone jewellers is amazing. They are knowledgeble and very honest. The ring is beautiful and superb craftsmanship. 5 stars.

Unfortunately for me not a great experience, everything up until recieving the ring was great, since recieving the ring the stone has become loose twice now, we took it in to see them and we basically got told they didn't know why it was loose or how it got loose or if it would again, clearly its a design flaw as the claws that are supposed to hold the stone in place clearly dont. I have spoken to a jewler and he said they should of been slightly bigger or be fixed by another method (I cannot remember now what he said) as the stone is round.

Also the communication and customer service weren't great either, I feel like once the money had been handed over they washed there hands of the issues.

My now fiance and I had been looking at rings on the high street jewellers and tbh they were ripoffs. I contacted another online company with good reviews and was surprised at the poor service. It was then I found Steven Stone Jewellers. I found a ring on Steven Stones webstite that was better in carat, clarity, colour and cut that the others and it were in stock. However, when we tried to buy it, the websiyte showed 6 weeks for delivery. I contacted them and another compnay. David from Steven Stone was extremely propmpt to reply. He explained the ring was out of stock but asked me to give him a few hours. Sure enough, he managed a set expectation and within a few hours had responded saying that while the ring was out of stock, the London office had the mould ready and could source a diamond and have it ready for us within 3 days (2 days ahead of our deadline). They made the ring and kept us fully informed. It arrived ontime in a beautiuful box and the ring is gorgeous. I would definatly recommend this company.

We can not recommend Steven Stone jewelers highly enough, particularly David at the Hale branch. Just collected a diamond trilogy ring today and we are truly delighted. The service from start to finish was excellent and the whole experience of choosing diamonds with expert help was a joy. We were made to feel so comfortable and nothing was too much trouble. There really is only one place to buy diamonds and that’s Steven Stone. Thank you to Molly too for setting up the appointments.

We went to Steven Stone for my eternity ring as my husband had previously bought my engagement and wedding ring from there. I went in with an idea and came out with a totally different ring! We had a consultation with Molly and she listened to how i wanted this ring to represent my family. She suggested what stones to use and even helped us design it. I'm over the moon with my ring and it represents everything and more that i wanted it to.

I 100% recommend Steven Stone as there is no hard sell, you are listened to, make to feel very welcome and the consultants are definitely experts in their field.

Once again, I know why I choose to buy my diamond earrings from Steven Stone. They know how to treat their customers right and the earrings are beautiful. The staff were also very mindful of observing social distancing rules which made the choice to shop with them even easier.

I would highly recommend anyone who wants to purchase their wedding bands or engagement rings from seven stone. We had a great experience with Robert from the London branch. We not only purchased our engagement rings but we also purchased our wedding bands this weekend. Highly recommended. The service has been great from start to finish. The quality of the jewellery is really good. We are looking forward to receiving our wedding bands within the next 4 weeks.
