I was doing the usual online browsing for reputable jewellers to purchase an engagement ring when I came across Steven Stone. Their website struck me straight away, easy to navigate and full of hi-res photos. The ability to select my own diamond was a real plus point for me. The selection of ring styles and materials was also great... I emailed for advise and the response was swift. I needed a quick turn around time and Steven Stone accommodated. When I received the ring I wasn't disappointed. My fiancee is in love with and can't stop admiring it. When we went into store to get the ring cleaned 6 months later we met Daniel who was excellent. Full of knowledge with great customer service. He advised us that the ring was too big and how it was being affected. We immediately took his advice and got it re-sized. Thankyou Steven Stone for making the occasion a brilliant one for us. If you're looking for advise skip the big high street retailers and go to Steven Stone. Great customer service and better value for money.

We had our consultation today for our wedding bands since my engagement ring was also from a Steve Stone. The staff are professional, welcoming and friendly. I was slightly nervous going into a high end jewellers however, once greeted by the staff I felt there was nothing to be nervous about. Molly was very helpful and suggested trying other style rings to ensure we made the right decision. Whilst here I had my ring steam cleaned and it’s catching the light like the day he gave me it two years ago. Since this was our second visit we would highly recommend Steve Stone.

I proposed to my partner the week before Xmas (2018), and for weeks prior I had been trying to get hints on what type of ring she liked the look of, with no success. I came across Steven Stone via a google search and was sold by their story and the reviews on how they help people make a decision on a ring.

I proposed to my partner using a borrowed costume ring, and explained we had an appt the next morning to choose her proper ring. Upon arrival, my partner and myself were instantly put at ease by Daniel. He explained that the process of choosing the ideal ring can take as long as is needed and at no point did we feel rushed. Even small details like that my partner works in a hospital and therefore using hand gel can affect certain metals was taken into account, such was the thorough process of ensuring the ring would be perfect. The process of going from thousands of designs down to approximately 6/8 ring choices was very natural, and Daniel did occasionally point out that my partner did keep trying on 1 of them. Eventually, this was the ring that was chosen, and next came the choosing of the diamond. Again, I work in sales and I cant stress enough just how professionally done this was, from taking into account budget through to clearly explaining the "4 c's" of a diamond, and just how much due diligence Steven Stone as a company take over only allowing diamonds that meet a certain criteria get onto the final product.

Once payment was made we was given a due date that the ring would be ready, once the diamond had been sourced. My partner was also overjoyed at finding out the retail value of the ring, much higher than what we paid thanks to the unique sourcing and non-overheads that most of the big named jewelers have.

I would 100% recommend Steven Stone to any friend who is in the market for purchasing a special piece of jewellery. My partner gets many comments already about her engagement ring

The service from start to finish was brilliant and the ring was amazing. Obviously, when I proposed, I had chosen completely the wrong size ring. I drove to the shop in Hale and they corrected it for me there and then. Great service and friendly place. We will definitely be buying our wedding rings from the same place.

Steven stone has been fantastic throughout the purchase of an engagement ring. Allowing me to do things over the phone and via email and in an effective and timely manner. They are very discrete. They offer expert and honest opinions and do not try to over sell anything. The quality of the diamond and ring is amazing. Molly our jewellery assistant was lovely and extremely helpful. Everything about the whole experience has been a pleasure and I would highly recommend anyone. The value of the products offered is second to none. I purchased my fiancees engagement ring from David in the Steven Stone shop in Hale last autumn. I had an idea in my mind what I wanted and he discussed all my options and I eventually chose the Platinum Round Brilliant Tapered Pave Wedfit engagement ring which was perfect for my fiancee.

I returned to the shop recently with my fiancee to buy the matching wedding band for our upcoming wedding, even though it is a 4 hour journey. I didn't intend on buying my wedding ring at that time but I saw a ring I liked and purchased it as well. We dealt with Molly Baird and her customer service was outstanding. I have little/no knowledge of rings and she took the time to talk through all my options to get exactly the type of ring that suited me best. She also ensured that the products we wanted was exactly right for us, even though that meant we spent a little less in the shop.

When looking for an engagement ring I was given all kinds of well meaning advice from people who didn’t really know what they were talking about. I decided that I was only going to do this once and was determined to get it right, and I found myself in Steven Stone. I spoke to a number of staff at who offered exceptional advice and fully talked me though the process of choosing and making the ring. Their designs and quality simply sells itself and it was refreshing to be guided through and to not feel pressured into a decision. We have since had our wedding rings made by Steven Stone to match!

Beautiful ring, but more importantly great advice. Did not feel hurried or pressured and they offer really good value for money. The sales assistant today could not have been nicer or more knowledgeable.
