Rude arrogant staff and they can't even print basic artwork properly. I should have read the reviews. Avoid at all costs.

Issue after issue; stickers printed incorrectly, colours coming out poorly, always with excuse after excuse made after repeated attempts at communication, with me always giving the benefit of the doubt stupidly. Final straw was ordering and paying for an order in January which despite repeated messaging through their messaging system - the only way to get in touch with Stickythings - there's no phone no/email - and repeated promises that the batch was on its way, by May I had still not received anything so demanded a refund. Thankfully my orders are for a little side business, no idea how they're still in business/used by people who need their orders quickly and correctly for their companies. Dreadful.

They take forever to ship, communication is terrible and the quality is poor. Just pay the extra and go anywhere else

Absolutely avoid like the plague. Zero communication. Delivery takes weeks and weeks and weeks. False promises (they said they’d deliver last week and still haven’t heard anything from them). Just absolutely shocking.

Avoid like the plague. I have never come across such an untrustworthy and unreliable printing company.
They will gladly take your money and use it to support their ponzi scheme as they go bust.
They stall you and everyone else by saying " the cat is ill" or " car broke down". You name it and they will use it as an excuse as to why they took your money and NOTHING arrived after months.
Avoid like the plague.

I know the guy works on his own now so I allowed for 4 weeks from order to delivery. They were delivered in 3 weeks - so I'm happy with that.

Took over a month to receive my order. The snazzy website tracking system didn’t help either.
Presents as a professional company but is not meeting its promised production time or dispatch time. Terrible communication. Stressful experience.

I needed the stickers for an event where attendees and the organisers are eco conscious, so it was very important to have the paper stickers. But also, the information provided on the website, is exactly the type of details people would need to know, if they wanted to know how ethical the stickers are, which gives great peace of mind. I put the stickers on jute bags, and was surprised how well secured they stayed, even when moved around. My logo and print was clear and easy to read. I must remember to read about the turnaround times when I make my next purchase, I forgot on this occasion, but the stickers arrived well in time. This is my 4th time using this company, over many years, and the customer service and products, are amazing, they really care. I will continue to use them.

I ordered, the site said 2-3 working days turnaround or 7-10 at busy times.
I needed the item within 2 weeks.
It arrived 12 working days later.
Every time I checked the site it said it was 30th in the queue and never moved.
It is too late to be of any use.
DO not use this business if you have time-sensitive items as they offer no guarantee whatsoever on turnaround time.
Also hard to believe such long times in today's quick-moving online ordering world.

Fantastic service.
Vicky and Matt did a great job of our labels for us.
I had spoken with Vicky a few times through the messenger on the website, she was lovely, polite and friendly, and answered any questions.
We had a slight delay with our labels. Really can't complain about this though, Matt had picked up a low quality issue and reprinted the order to get them right. And they were, they were delivered perfect!

Good quality stickers. Good prices. Turnaround time was fine.

Easy design maker and editor on the website, simple ordering process and reasonable pricing. It did take quite a while to complete, but that might just be due to me growing up in the age of next day shipping (Ordered May 31, delivered June 11th). They advise 7-10 working days to delivery, which met expectations.

The beer labels turned out very well and they are truly quality. Would recommend!

I am writing this review as a last resort to try to contact this company. I have ordered with them and need to change the delivery address - but there is no way to contact them, despite being a paying customer. Because I didn’t set up an account initially I can not use their messaging service and there phone is off the hook. I just need to change the delivery address! If someone from the company reads this please can you get in touch with how I can do this. Terrible customer service as is.

As a startup, every order counts — and unfortunately, this company caused serious damage to my business. I placed an order for product labels with a quoted delivery time of 7–10 days. Not only did they delay the order for over four weeks with zero transparency, but they ultimately cancelled it after wasting over a month of my time.

Throughout the delay, I was misled repeatedly with false promises like “it’ll be dispatched tomorrow,” only for nothing to happen. Because of their lack of honesty and professionalism, I lost a major client I was counting on, lost money, and experienced significant delays to my project timeline.

If you rely on dependable service and clear communication, I strongly advise looking elsewhere. I wouldn’t want any other small business or entrepreneur to go through what I did.

Its been 6 weeks and I still dont have the labels. For now I would avoid.

Lied to me about turn around time, when I went to cancel it because it had now been well over a month since the order, they suddenly were doing it straight away. Then I don't know what happened with the delivery but I waited in and nothing came. They told me it was being kept somewhere to be collected (very annoying as I paid for delivery) yet no one could tell me where it was being kept. When this was brought up as I quite rightly asked for a refund, they refused and seemed insulted I dare to question them. Appalling service.

Sorry but it’s a very bad experience that happened. First of all I was unable to upload photo for customisation from my Iphone and when I tried from my laptop the payment wasn’t working. Tried to find help but there’s non on your website, so after 2 days of struggle I gave up and will do it with other company. Customer service non existent

Terrible communications. I placed an order (#852079), uploaded the artwork and paid for design review. The proof returned was not good. I asked for a refund and the line went dead. I did get a refund, but this could all have been sorted with better comms, especially as previous work by this company had been sterling. I have fixed the artwork, but will be using an alternative for this work.

Sadly this company takes far too long to deliver the goods. The quality of the finished product is good, however, each time I have ordered the deliver time has exceeded 4 weeks and this time I am still waiting in excess of 5 weeks after ordering and paying for my labels.

As a result I have had wholesale orders from my own business now cancelled.

I was advised 2.5 weeks after ordering they were to be sent out, then again last week (when I asked this time I was told there was an issue with the vinyl yet nobody had contacted me to inform me), I have had to contact them yet again to find out when these labels will be sent.

I do not normally leave poor reviews, but poor service on this and previous occasions has now meant I feel others should be aware prior to ordering.

Over promised and under delivered. Over a month late. No communication. Only way to contact is via the messenger which they ignore anyway. When product finally arrived they were damaged and incorrect product was sent.
