Easy access with plenty of trolleys to use. The lighting is adequate for moving stuff around but a bit minimal for sorting within the storage unit, although other units may be different.

Very polite staff
Very polite staff who have been extremely helpful at all points. Easy to use service that's not over complicated or priced. You can't really ask for much more than that.
Added extras like good size carts for wheeling everything around and simple entry/exit just make it better still.

Made life so much easier fantastic storage and service
Fantastic, I had down sized property and all my stuff filled my new place giving me no room to decorate or for the plastering to be done.
Son only had a small van.
They came with a van waited while my son and mate filled the van with my stuff then went to the lock up we're my son met him nice polite lad then put it in storage. 64.00 for the month and that was with the young man and van. Special offer on at the moment.
My son said mum plenty more room for more stuff no problem and I can go down any time you like.
Excellent service, fantastic communication all insured as well. I would highly recommend them.

Super Facility and Staff
I have recently completed a period of using the Glasgow (Linwood) storage site. From first booking the unit to checking out the Team made sure I was happy with the arrangements and regulations to be followed. I was initially shown to my unit personally. Nothing was a problem to the Staff and checking out by Kevin was smooth. I had no problem with accessibility to the unit day or night. I wouldn't hesitate to use this facility again.

Excellent Team Of People
Store First has the very best team working for them at their Burnley store. They provided me with the best customer service explaining everything very clearly. No problems with the payments or refunds either. Everything happened in a very timely manner.
They also offer very good prices and great deals too. Extremely neat and clean environment all around.
