the bracelet for my Datejust was great quality, the support team helped me with understanding the correct size needed.
Due to my request they also sent a video showig how to properly resize the bracelet as it was the first time switching the bracelets myself.

Don’t use this company, ordered 2 x omega constellation replacement bracelets….. never had any response, no order confirmation etc. Sent email enquiry regarding status & still didn’t get anything back. Managed to get my money back via PayPal (they … PayPal are great). Avoid these people like the plague

I ordered a Breitling leather strap from Strapvers and received a clearly defective product. The strap was dry, brittle, and crumbled as soon as I attempted to attach it to my watch. I contacted their customer service twice, attaching photos and explaining the issue, but received no reply whatsoever.
After three emails and days of waiting, they still haven't bothered to respond. This is unacceptable behavior from any business, let alone one that claims to offer premium watch accessories.

Based on my experience, I strongly advise potential buyers to think twice before ordering from Strapvers.

Update: After posting my review, Strapvers reached out and sent me a replacement strap. Unfortunately, the second strap had the same defect as the first, which they explained was likely due to a faulty batch. They then issued a full refund without requesting the items back and expressed genuine regret for the inconvenience. I appreciate their effort to resolve the matter and acknowledge that this may have been an isolated incident rather than representative of all their products.

Excellent service, great communication, (they responded to the onsite contact form within hours) great product. Blue Breitling strap and silver buckle arrived in France in very quick time and fitted perfectly. They included all the tools and bars to complete the job. The strap and silver buckle were of very good quality. Very happy with my purchase. Highly recommended.

I ordered a Rolex Jubilee strap and it was PERFECT. I was told to spend $990 while here I spent $38 and there is NO VISIBLE difference from the original. Thank you China!

I didn't have high hope and I got even worse than what I have paid for...The watch bracelet I purchased for my Datejust arrived defective with missing lug holes in one of the end links. Customer service took care of it quickly by resending one to me for free. Then, the replacement was also defective (lug holes do not align with watch case). I have tried to reach out to Customer service again. They never responded to me after that. So, be alert. Buy at your own risk.

Had a quick and easy time getting my Seamaster a new strap! The support helped me figure out the correct size to fit the watch and got it to London fast. Great service all around.

Order a bracelet for Omega PO. First, they sent it to the wrong country. After some back-and-forth, they re-sent a new one which arrived in a couple of weeks. All in all, it took more than a month for me to receive the goods.

However, the bracelet did not fit the Omega PO. I had to take it to the watchmaker who had to file it down before it could be installed. And I naturally had to pay them for the work, more than tripling the cost of the bracelet.

I still maybe would have been OK with this, but now the screw on one of the the bracelet links keeps popping out and I have to keep screwing it back. In general, the bracelet feels a bit sharp (unfinished) and the links do not align perfectly. The clasp mechanism also feels anything but solid and will probably stop working at some point.

Well, I guess you get what you pay for, i.e. cheap, poor quality rubbish.

I had ordered a strap for my Omega Seamaster Aqua Terra 150M >15,000 Gauss. It arrived quickly and the Quality for the price was much better than I had expected! I was eager to install it on my watch. Unfortunately, I could not get it to fit...This is when I emailed them requesting a return. Instead of just simply refunding me, they did not want to give up and had me try a couple of things first. They knew I truly wanted to get it to fit bc I told them it was a nice quality strap! I feel, this a sign of good Customer Service, their willingness to help first. and did so promptly with a few back and forth email replies. They did not once leave me hangin'. Unfortunately, I simply could not get the strap to fit....possibly me worrying about scratching the freshly polished lugs bc the rubber straps do fit very snug between the lugs. But in the end they sent me a refund.

Ordered a bracelet for my GMT Master II, looked ok, but it did not fit the watch casing. The end link is about 1 mm to big for the pin to fit. Mailed the company, and they did not even respond.

Ordered an aftermarket Rolex Daytona strap shipped to Canada from Strapvers. It took about 2 weeks to arrive and it showed up well protected and with the tools required to change the strap out. Their website concerned me initially because they don’t have a physical address and the contact person is a Gmail account but the strap has arrived and is as nice as the original replica. My one thing I didn’t like was that the shipment tracking uses the Shop app and I don’t have (and don’t want it due to security concerns) that app.

Purchased 3 different color rubber straps for my Omega MoonSwatch. the fit was perefect and quality exceeded my expectations. delivery took 15 days but was worth the wait.

Very happy doing business with Strapvers, they answered all my questions and delivered me the needed strap for my Breitling quickly!
