Worst delivery company I've ever had the misfortune to come across. Delivery over a week late, apparently due to drivers not turning up for work, but repeatedly. And they're self employed so the company has no control and frankly doesn't care. Terrible customer service, never rang me back as they'd promised, never rearranged delivery without me chasing on a daily basis. Rude on the phone, seems like a company in a downward spiral that nobody wants to work for. I'm still waiting for my package to arrive.

Aggressive rude and a joke of a company.

Parcel never arrives and they scream at you when you chase it up. They are always the victims of something terrible and it's your fault.

I would consider a vendor or company using this courier grounds to resind the order.

If I could leave a zero I would. I had 2 parcels to be delivered APC overnight. The last leg delivery is streetwise surbiton. One arrived without a problem the other went missing for 24 hours. The call centre staff were rude at best, I was lied to, ended up going to the depot to try to resolve which was pointless as they then lied again - they told me it was on the original van and he just hadn't seen it - they showed me an image of my parcel in the van (in its proper packaging) - clearly not true as it was delivered by a different driver and not in the proper packing. Eventually the second parcel was delivered. It was not in its original packing from the store and had clearly been repacked by the courier with my address hand written in the outside. It was a brand new suit but arrived scrumpled with the store tags off, no shop invoices and return no and no shop packaging clearly having been worn / tried on smelling of perfume and with dirt marks on it. Utterly dishonest.

Ed was amazing when he dropped off my parcels, I'm in a wheelchair and he bought them inside for me, the delivery was amazingly quick, dropped of in the afternoon and arrived at 10am the next day. I will definitely use them again and highly recommend going forwards. C

Evertime I have had items being delivered by this company they have failed and I have ended up having to go the next day or that eve and demand my item at the Depot . Totally useless they give you a time slot and NEVER keep to it . When they can't make it there is no update . Then when you check the APC web site it states you can not collect until 2 days later. How on earth is this next day delivery . Use another provider like EVRI , HERMES, DHL anyone but not this incompetent company . When you do go to their office you end up waiting on a phone line that doesn't get answered . What is the point of a courier service if you then end up having to go and pick it up. ???? Completely missed being able to use this item on the day it was needed because of their poor services.

My regular delivery driver is Todd. Very helpful lugging my heavy 12 litres of organic Guernsey milk up the flight of stairs to my front door.

absolutely useless company. I have cancelled my account with APC due to this depot not delivering or collecting orders and then lying about it.

Awful Company, 2 days running I stayed in waiting for them to pick up. They said nobody answered the door on the first day but I was by the front door 100% of the time so must have sneaked up, quietly tapped the door and then run off as fast as possible!
They never showed up on the second day. No calls, no messages nothing
first time, I called them, eventually they answered and offered no help and in fact later lied to the company who they were supposed to be delivering to.
We gave up and sent parcel with another courier

Absolutely appalling service. If I could give 0 stars, I would. This company apparently had my consignment out for delivery every day since Tuesday (today is the fifth day, with no delivery) but it has always ended up being delayed until the next day, even though tracking shows the driver in the immediate vicinity of my address. Despite repeated reassurance from them that the delivery will be ‘that day’, nothing has ever arrived.

This was an anniversary present, which has now been missed. On top of that, I have no confidence that this will ever actually be delivered, and even if it is the product is likely to be spoiled having now been in a van in 30° heat for the past 5 days.
WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

My local courier Phill is always a pleasure to deal with. He is hard working yet always cheerful and happy to help in any way. It is always good to know that he will be delivering my package when I order from certain retailers.

Ordered a new gazebo roof on 2nd April from All Seasons and was delivered the next day via Streetwise, on time, intact and received good communication from operator. Very happy with my experience.

My parcel wasn’t delivered at all, apparently due to lack of drivers for the past few days. At the end, after waiting a few days, with no update or communication from them, I had to get it myself from their depot in Surbiton and waste a lot of time.
The next day delivery is non existant, don’t use this company, save yourself the hassle ! You’ve been warned….

I booked an overnight delivery, arriving on a Friday. They never delivered, tracking stopped, then they said they would deliver on the Tuesday citing that the driver was new and didnt know the route (hello...dont they all use Sat Nav these days?). Anyway it arrived 4 days late, and looking at various reviews its obvious they dont offer the service they are selling. As another reviewer put - very clever, charge people for overnight delivery but if you need it quickly you will need to collect it yourself. Absolute rubbish, and I wish I could give them negative 5 stars.

Absolutely appalling service. Was promised a delivery of a gift for my sister on Friday, just in time for her anniversary, and advised via text to expect it late afternoon. Nothing. No updates available on the tracking until 22.00 and still no updates appeared then. Finally they replied to my email on Saturday morning saying the parcel wouldn't be delivered until Monday but could be collected. That was not possible and I wonder why it wasn't delivered if they were open. Monday came and went. Finally delivered in a crushed and battered box on Tuesday. It was a very expensive rose bush. How it survived without water and thrown around as it was I have no idea. Would never use this company.

Dreadful service. I was due to receive an item on Friday which didn't arrive as promised. I tried to phone and the office was closed. The following day I attempted to call to find out where my consignment was - the call rang off 8 times before I finally managed to speak with someone. They told me that it hadn't been possible to deliver my item as promised and the delivery had been rescheduled for Monday. They couldn't explain why no-one had contacted me to let me know. I was advised that the only way I could get my item today (Saturday) was to drive to their depot to collect it; on the basis that the item was perishable I had no choice but to change my plans and drive to the depot, a one hour round trip. Despite their advertised closing time of 2pm, they actually close at midday which just added to the frustration.

On arrival, the waiting area was full of customers in the same predicament as me - all that was missing was a member of staff to actually deal with the customers. Eventually someone came out to see us - poor bloke had been left on his own to take the flak for the company's incompetence. We all got our items in the end, but I always thought that the idea of paying for a courier meant that you had items delivered to your door.

In a nutshell, Streetwise can't be trusted to deliver - the number of people in the waiting room clearly showed that I wasn't the only person experiencing this shoddy 'service'. Great business model though - they just act as a warehouse and don't need to pay for drivers to go out to do deliveries.

I'll never use them again - and if I find that a supplier is using them, I'll find a different supplier

Very poor. Would never recommend. Have requested seller to never use them. Two failed deliveries despite clear instruction. Failed to respond to the security gate and did not wait or respond to call hub contacts and refused within ten minutes to return. Resulting in having to travel to the depot. Avoid at all costs

apparently APC from Oxfordshire assigned this company in London with my package for leaving Oxfordshire Tuesday for a pre 12 Wednesday day - nothing arrived, urgent for hotel client and the same story for Thursday - still never received, think APC gave it to someone else Friday who are just as useless, maybe they were all taking kids school holidays, some business , they should be out of business

This delivery company was perfect for the last 6 months. never had an issue with collections or deliveries would have given them 6 stars up until now.
The past month has been hell with our parcels not being collected, its been 6 days since booking next day delivery for 12 parcels none of which have been collected. I phone through 4 times every single day for the past 6 days and being told by Hannah and Francesca that they are "so sorry" and will "guarantee" it will be collected today. I have been told this every single day there is always 2 different stories from each other when I call in the morning to when i call in the evening (at collection time) this is when I am told that "driver has broken down", "driver has a puncture", "there isn't any drivers available today", "we have to get 2 seperate drivers due to the weight", "its not in our system" etc etc the excuses never end. I feel like they are taking advantage of me because I am young nothing I say gets through to anyone. Ive asked dozens of times to speak with Luke who manages collections to call me or reply to my emails to get this sorted, apparently Luke is too busy at any given moment from 12 when he arrives to give me a 30 second call or update on the collection. I would appreciate it more if you just told me that you are unable to collect from me today so I'm not wasting my time waiting for a driver to arrive. collections start at 3pm I am closed at 4pm this was discussed when opening my account and was never a problem as Anthony the local driver always arrived at 2:30pm never missed a beat perfect service from him the last 6 months until his van broke down, this is what ive dealt with since. How is it so difficult to pick up my parcels? I am 15 minutes away from the Crawley depot. I have asked on the phone for a manager or just something who actually cares as none of them seem to-to talk to me and get this resolved I'm being told to email the depot the same people I'm on the phone to? Regarding this issue and to fix it long-term they clearly do not care about my issue nor do they want to fix it ive called them 30+ times this month Ive had parcels ready almost every single day since beggining of the month and only had 2 collections made so far up to March 19th still nothing has been fixed I'm now stuck with 12 parcels and 12 customers that were expecting their orders Thursday last week. I suggest someone contacts me asap.
