DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! They are totally unreliable. They continually fail to collect deliveries. They claim their app means that once in their system, the collection is automatic. It is not. Despite repeated telephoning after inputting the parcel into their system they still fail to collect. No explanation. No apology. They have crippled my business; customers are demanding refunds and we are at our whits end. We will never use them again

Had a few issues with my delivery arriving due to a driver being on holiday but spoke to Ashleigh who was amazing and so helpful. I needed my parcel for the Friday I went on holiday and she arranged for the driver to deliver it later on that day. She’s a credit to the company! 5 stars because of Ashleigh!

We are all quick to blame bad service - especially Courier Services in the current climate - but I can honestly and confidentally say, Streetwise Couriers - Surbiton Office are simply the best! We have been using them for over 10years now, sending many shiopments weekly - and, on the (inevitable) occasion, when one of our urgent shipments does go astray, the Team at Streetwise go out of their way to help us - keeping us informed and up to date, with the plans they make to get the shipment delivered as soon as possible
I would recommend this Company to anyone looking for a reliable, trustworthy service along with excellent communication - an altogether GREAT company :)

Complete and utter incompetence and an endless stream of daily lies. Firstly the driver said he attempted a delivery and did not. "Forced into a re-delivery" I was continually told on the 4 following days that it had been left in the depot and would be delivered the next day. In the end, they just returned it to the sender without even telling me. The reality of what happened was that not a single attempt was made to deliver this package, I was lied to on 4 separate occasions and have wasted a week of my life waiting for a delivery that Streetwise had no intention of making. An appalling new low for this company.

I am house bound, blessed that everything I need is delivered by Courier. At every stage this Company OUTSTANDING - from initial advice to the delivery. ABSOLUTELY THE BEST OF ALL COURIERS.

I wish I could give no stars. Paid for an overnight delivery for an event, none of it arrived so we lost a £500 stall space at this event and a huge amount of custom. Terrible service, the goods which did not arrive have still managed to be broken and damaged. The goods were sent on a Thursday on an overnight and it is Monday and they have still not been delivered to the original destination, not that there is any point- but this company has cost us money, lost us custom and have very little to say to redeem themselves.

We've used them as our main courier for years, and apart from the odd hiccup, the service has been excellent and very good value
