Disgusting service
Disgusting service. Teenager bought a £60 tee paid £9 delivery. They sent wrong size their error. Despite repeated attempts to contact no reply.
Cost £13 to return and no refund. It has been signed for yet still no refund and no response!!!!
Never ever will buy from this company again!

Do not order from this company. I have tried to explain to them about p&p laws what they clearly don't understand... by online distance selling laws the customer only pays for one of the p&p costs regardless of the reason of the return. This company refuses to listen and is completely rude and unhelpful. I will be taking my complaint up with paypal!!

Bought a hoody for £110 for one of my…
Bought a hoody for £110 for one of my sons for Christmas at the end of November and returned it to Stussy after Christmas as my son didn't like the colour.
Stussy will not give me my money back and haven't offered an exchange, instead they sent it back to me with UPS!!
Stussy is obviously an unprofessional company that don't hold customers in high regard. I believe they need profit to survive.....
Big mistake Stussy in the customer services department.
WARNING .... You only have 14 days to return from date of purchase or you can experience this atrocious service.

No returns on sale items what a rip off
I purchased an on sale t-shirt, supposed sized Large, despite being absolutely enormous, I just want to exchange for a smaller size, do not use this website to buy clothes their sizes are inaccurate and customer service is poor.
