I ordered a hat for my husband but needed a different size. I emailed customer service and they responded very quickly telling me exactly what to do and attached a form to fill out. I had a couple more email exchanges with questions that were immediately answered and I received the new size hat in no time. Good customer service is so hard to find these days, I rate Sunday Afternoons as 10 +++.

I’ve been looking for a hat/visor that would fit me comfortably, and look good ( I really look terrible in hats), yours fit the bill. I keep my hair in a bun or ponytail most of the time especially in summer weather. Your convertible visor works for me. It adjusts around my head, and bun/ponytail. It also fits my head comfortably and protects it from the sun, and heat of summer.
As I’ve gotten older my hair has thinned and I often get sun burned on my head making me “sun sick”. Your hat really helps prevent that.

My hands look terrible because of sun damage so the gloves I bought will really help to keep that sun damage at bay.

I was concerned about the shipping time as it said it would take 10-15 days to ship (I was wanting the hat sooner than that). So I contacted the company and it shipped out the same day! The customer support is amazing and the hats are excellent. I have the Sport hat as well as the Adventure hat. The brim on the Adventure hat is a little more sun protective (it is wider on the sides than the Sport hat) but the Sport hat is very sun protective as it is. The Sport hat has a hole for a ponytail which the Adventure hat doesn’t have. Super lightweight. Perfect for backpacking.

I ordered two hats, only one arrived in the box, but I was charged for both.
No response to two emails sent. Product is fine, but so far the customer service is lacking

I have found my hat extremely helpful. I am in 90 degree weather playing tennis. It helps protect the top of my head and my face.

I have been buying Sunday Afternoons gear for my family for about 8 years now. I know that should we have a broken chin strap or some other problem come up, Sunday Afternoons will stand by their lifetime guarantee and resolve the issue quickly and in a hassle free manner...I love that it only takes a phone-call. I’ve got 4 kiddos and truly don’t mind spending a little extra for their hats in return for the great quality and assurance.

This was the 2nd hat I've bought from sunday Afternoons and I have been extremely pleased with the style, functionality and quality both times. I appreciate that they, as a company, take the time to make a well thought-out product with lots of good features. I love that it can be adjusted (I have a small head!) and that the air vents can be open or closed. I will be using this hat for paddleboarding and other summer activities. Would definitely recommend!

I'm very pleased with this hat. It's windy here and it was very comfortable and secure on my head. I bought 3 different colors because I need to be proactive with the sun protection. The brim is stable and just the right size for playing golf, gardening, or any outdoor activities. It's stylish, functional, and comfortable so that's why I highly recommend it.

I have been purchasing these hats since my children were babies. We are now on the third hat for each. They are great quality, easy to wash, adjustable, and last for years.

It's a great hat, but felt snug.
I bought the L/XL, and assumed that the adjustable strap would offer enough leeway for a comfortable fit. And it would have, had it not been for the elastic within the headband. Even with the strap fully loose, the elastic created that extra little bit of compression— which I knew I'd regret when mowing the lawn on a blistering summer afternoon.
Favoring the hat's look and functionality, especially the way it protects the neck from the sun, and wanting to find a way to enjoy it, I considered cutting the elastic— but then that seemed like a recipe for failure. So, unfortunately, the hat is being returned..

These are the best hats around! They stay on and have the cutest patterns. They are pricier than I would usually spend on a kids hat but you get what you pay for. Excellent customer service and quality products!

I have ordered from Sunday Afternoons two times for masks made of dry-fit material. Let me start by saying they make great products. The first order went fine. When I ordered again they sent me one mask instead of the 3 I ordered. I emailed them and they responded with an apology and gave me a full refund then sent me the remaining 2 masks of my order for free. Who does that? They are a great company with great products. Give them a try

I have not gotten my hat yet! Promised yesterday.

I placed my order February 15, 2021. I have received no information since, other than a request for a review.
What gives?

One of the best hats I’ve ever purchased. Protects my face from the sun, is comfortable and super stylish

I now have a couple fine hats. Glad I found Sunday Afterternoon.
