Finger weg von diesem Onlineshop

Ich kann jedem nur raten, die Finger von diesem Online-Shop zu lassen. Ich habe dort eine Handyhülle bestellt (am 28.08.25), leider passte sie nicht, das lag allerdings an mir. Die Hülle sollte in wenigen Tagen bei mir sein, das hat schon einmal 10 Tage gedauert. Ich wollte die Hülle zurückschicken, habe das vorgesehene Widerufsformular ausgefüllt und an die dafür angegebene Mailadresse gesendet, die Ware zurückgeschickt und nie mehr etwas von dieser Firma gehört, einfach nichts. Jegliche Form des Versuches mit der Firma "caseable by beyounic GmbH" Kontakt aufzunehmen, hat nicht funktioniert. Die Mails kamen zurück, die im Internet zu findenden Tel.-Nummern stimmten nicht, hatten keinen Anschluss. Das Geld ist einfach weg, das ist echter Betrug am Kunden, anders kann ich das nicht sagen.

Lange Lieferzeit, schlechter Service

Die Lieferzeit hat über zwei Monate gedauert. Der Kundenservice lässt sich teilweise Wochen Zeit um zu antworten. Die Bitte nach einem Preisnachlass wurde stets ignoriert.
Die Hülle an sich sieht gut aus, der Druck ist klar und fehlerfrei, weswegen es noch 2 Sterne gibt.
Werde dort definitiv nicht nochmal bestellen.

Produkt gut, Support mittelmäßig

Positives zuerst:
Versand war schnell
Hülle wirkt zumindest sehr stabil und sieht aus wie auf den Bildern (habe sie seit 1-2 Monaten; Recycling Hülle in rosa)
Website recht übersichtlich

Negatives:
Nach dem Aufgeben der Bestellung habe ich eine Bestätigungsemail bekommen, in der mir gesagt wurde ich kriege nach dem Versand eine Versandbestätigung. Ich habe jedoch nie eine erhalten. Ich war zu der Zeit im Urlaub und habe die Hülle deswegen zu meinen Eltern schicken lassen. Nach 1,5 Wochen habe ich eine Email an den Support geschrieben, warum meine Hülle noch nicht versandt wurde. Die Antwort darauf war, dass die Hülle auf dem Weg ist und bald ankommen müsste. Es hat sich jedoch rausgestellt, dass die Hülle bereits ein paar Tagen nach der Bestellung angekommen war. Heißt der Support hat mich angelogen und hatte selbst keinen Ahnung, wo die Hülle ist… es ist alles gut gegangen, deswegen 3 Sterne, aber ich weiß nicht, wie das ist, wenn mal was nicht ankommt.

Keine volle Kostenerstattung nach Retour

Ich habe dort ein nachhaltiges Case bestellt welches schlussendlich nicht meinen Erwartungen entsprochen hat - die Farbe war leicht verblasst und auch Striemen waren zu sehen. Also Retourniert und die Kosten für den Versand selber übernommen.
Das Geld kann man nach knapp mehr als eine Woche, nur leider wurden 5 Euro einfach einbehalten - warum weiß ich bis heute nicht. Der Support antwortet nicht mehr auf meine E-Mails.

Ganz klar keine Empfehlung für diesen Shop.

Nicht bei dieser Firma kaufen!

Ich habe am 30.11 eine Standard Hülle für ein Tablet bestellt und bis heute die Lieferung nicht erhalten. Keine Reaktion auch von Seiten der Firma auf meine Mails an den Kundenservice. Meine Zahlung via Paypal wurde aber freigegeben!
Da ich früher bereits bei caseable bestellt und nie Probleme hatte, war ich unvorsichtig. Das war aber vor der Firmenübernahme. Hätte die Bewertungen hier gelesen, hätte ich jedenfalls die Finger von dieser Firma gelassen! Ich werde meinen Auftrag stornieren mit dem Käuferschutz von Paypal und das Weihnachtsgeschenk woanders kaufen.

Does Caseable exist !!

After contacting QVC about my missing Caseable Free case. They gave me a phone number for Caseable, which doesn't work? Even though QVC said it should. I have tried several email addresses to find out where my Caseable case is, from June 24. All this messing about to find out where my free case is. Caseable, don't team up with a company like QVC, if you can't fulfill your side of the deal. Is Caseable still a viable business?? Because none of the 5 email addresses I've used or been given work. Or the phone number given by QVC.

Finger weg von Caseable und Beyounic

Handyhüllen sind von minderwertiger Qualität und ein Umtausch wurde nach Reklamation verweigert.
Retourenanfragen werden einfach ignoriert und man erhält keine Rückmeldung.
Beyounic agier für Caseable im Hintergrund - ich kann nur dringlich empfehlen keine Geschäfte mit diesem Unternehmen einzugehen

AVOID

They take your money but never send out your order. Support doesn't answer besides automated email responses and nobody picked up the phone.

Had to issue a chargeback through Klarna. Took me 8 weeks to get my money back because they didn't answer Klarna, when they'd inquired about the missing order, either.

We have contacted you several times regarding your order because unfortunately you made the image too small when creating your design and white edges would have appeared when producing your case. We then contacted you and asked you to send us the original image so that we can recreate the design for you and you will receive the case in a full-surface print. Unfortunately, we have not received a response from you to any of our inquiries.

1 star is still too much.

1 star is still too much.
I took like many other purchases the tablet from QVC. IN JUNE!
I chose my case and uploaded a photo.
I got fed up sending emails asking where my case was.
QVC intervened in the end and I got to reorder the blueberry case as apparently they could not upload my photo.
They were telling me there was a delay nothing about difficulty uploading a photo.
Well the blueberry case came today after 3 months waiting.
It's just a plain blue case nothing like the photo description on the caseable site.
Absolute shambles and disappointed with the service and product itself.
I could've got a better one for £5 off the market.
QVC you do really need to tell this company to forget it as it's a reflection on yourselves for using such a poor company.

J'ai reçu une carte cadeau (150€) en janvier 2024 mais valable que sur le site caseable.com. A cette époque on pouvait avoir le choix sur plusieurs accessoires hors IPhone. Or maintenant ce site ne propose que des accessoires IPhone, que je ne possède pas. donc 150€ de perdu!!!!

Diabolical service…

Got my tablet from QVC with a leaflet to order the case from you but both websites not found. Very poor service and I hope QVC cancel their contract with you. So answer me this how do I order the case. Reading other reviews a lot of QVC customers not haply

Worst service ever

Purchases a Amazon fire from QVC which came with a free case from Caseable. Thats when my problems started.
I ordered my case the same day as I received my table, which was around 11/12th June. we are now at 31st July and still no case. I contacted Caseable after 28 days giving them my voucher code. I then received a dispatch notice (29 days after ordering). Caseable then sent the case to the wrong address. I have contacted then (via the only means available - email) 3 times to tell them that they keep sending the case to the wrong address. All I ever get back is an automated email telling me the item has been dispatched, they keep giving me the tracing details of the order that was originally sent out to the wrong place. Not once has a human ever responded, yet along giving any sort of an apology.

After intervention from QVC I did finally get a reply from Caseable acknowledging they had sent the case to the wrong place and saying they would send a replacement immediately, Nothing has been seen of a case or a reply to any of my subsequent email since and today is 11/08/2024, 2 months since this all started.

Caseable were again gave them my correct address (now the 7th time this has been sent. Caseable then did send out another case TO THE INCORRECT ADDRESS, again.
We are now back to them ignoring any attempt by me to get them to send out a case to the correct address

Unseriös, auf jeden Fall meiden

10 Tage nach ausbleibender Lieferung habe ich mich beim Händler erkundigt. Erst auf Nachfrage erfuhr ich, dass einer meiner bestellten Artikel gar nicht lieferbar ist. Ich habe die komplette Bestellung storniert und mir wurde eine vollständige Rückerstattung zugesagt. Vom Händler selbst habe ich jedoch gar nichts erhalten. Nur durch den Paypal Käuferschutz habe ich meine Zahlung zurückbekommen. Das verlief zum Glück sehr einfach, denn der Händler hat wohl einfach nicht auf den Paypal Fall reagiert.

Zu allem Überfluss funktioniert mein Kunden-Login nicht mehr, obwohl ich sicher die korrekten Zugangsdaten habe. Auch Passwort-Zurücksetzen funktioniert nicht. Es kommt einfach keine E-Mail an.
Allerdings trifft sich das gut, denn ich will mit dem Händler ohnehin nichts mehr zu tun haben.

Terrible Service and confusing design instructions!

I got a voucher from QVC for Caseable, the link goes straight to their German website. I tried my best to design a case, but having never had a case before there are no clear instructions on whether the design should be portrait or landscape--or fits accordingly to where the camera is. And concerning dispatch, I tried contacting them three times with no reply. It was only when I looked into the UK website that I got news that their supplier was "late".
It's been three-four months now since I ordered, and have now just got the case. The designs are upside down, unfortunately. Not very happy.

Dreadful company

I ordered 2 Fire tablets from QVC Uk mid June which came with a Caseable case. You had to order via their website. It’s now 3rd August and still no cases. I was promised, via email to get them just after 20th July but not a sign of a dispatch date yet. I have sent 2 further emails with no response. Dreadful service. How are they still in business!

Why can't I give them 0. Worst service possible

Ordered my case then waited 28 days when I had to contact them again as nothing received. The following day I received an automated email sayin my case had been dispatched. I then received a message from Evri saying they had put the package through my door. Only it turned out it was the wrong door. Caseable have sent it to the wrong place. I contacted them again only to receive the same automated email. Giving the same details ad the first package, (the one that had already been delivered to the wrong location) Now on my 3rd try contacting them. Let's see what happens now.
One thing very noticeably missing is any sort of apology for all the delays and inconvenience caused totally be them. Very poor service.

Poor and unreliable.

Terrible

I placed an order and was delivery was supposed to be in 8 days. I left it longer than that before enquiring as to when I was going to get to receive my item.

Got an answer saying technical issues has led to a delay and a DHL tracking reference would be provided once delivery was released. I waited another 7 days sent another email and received the very same response, so it would suggest this is automated and they actually hadn’t read my mail.

Appalling customer service, I’m now going to to make a claim through the payment channel.
