I had a problem with one of my 11 heaters installed in July 2023. Celsia the company that facilitates the online control App kind gave me Rob's number for his company R80Property Maintenence. 01793939289. Rob diagnosed a thermal cut out problem over the phone and visited the next week with the part and fixed the heater promptly. He also gave me some great tips on programming the online control App. Brilliant 5* workmanship
Responsive, friendly, skilled and efficient, Rob Marriott knows the Sunflow system extremely well and will be able diagnose your problem accurately. He can also supply the necessary parts and pay a home visit to do the repair. Altogether an excellent service. Thank you, Rob.
I wished I didn’t have new radiators and a switch for hot water near the tank, I’ve had a lot of trouble since having them installed. Last year I tried several times to telephone the company plus I wrote a letter which was sent back to me to complain, in May last year they gave me a date 23rd for someone to visit this date got changed to 25th May nobody came out. They didn’t bother to tell me why, bad communication, it all started to go wrong from when the clocks went back end of March 2024
Rob had been a lifesaver with fixing the
Radiator. Was given Robs name via the company that has taken over Sunflow and was not disappointed when Rob contacted me.
After a few questions Rob diagnosed the problem and gave me a price and a date he could come and fix it.
Came at the time he stated and was able to fix the problem quick and efficiently and now my bathroom is nice and warm and toasty again.

Not stars for Sunflow, who have gone into administration, but to flag that I was still able to have mine fixed by an ex-Sunflow engineer. I got his details from Quantuma - the insolvency company handling Sunflow's affairs - and he still had the parts necessary to fix my radiator. He arrived on time and was able to sort the issue quickly, very helpful and professional. His details are now also in another review he posted further down - Robin Marriott and his company is on Facebook: R80 Property Maintenance. Was very glad to be able to get it fixed rather than worry about finding a replacement!
Sadly I had a problem with one of my Sunflow radiators and have since found out that they have gone into administration ! I emailed the liquidators who gave me details of another company that may be able to assist.After a lot of phone calls was put in touch with a company called Ecosmartheat. They were so helpful in helping resolve my issue.
I Can also confirm website browser for heating is back up and running.

Sunflow in installed my system in March 2024 did great job good system including Sunamp water heating.
Please can we get some information regarding any warranty repairs etc.
Shame it's come to this how someone steps in and supports or takes them and their staff on.
Webpage back up and working so we can control our radiators again now. We did a lot of research before getting Sunflow radiators and have loved the functionality so hopefully they get bought out or taken over by someone who can continue to sell and support this great product. Note if you are a Sunflow user your negative reviews won’t be helpful in helping the future of Sunflow!
My app has started to work again. Anyone know who the Administrators are as they may be trying to sell the company or at least set up a customer service support group to ensure WiFi app continues
Just to say our App started to work yesterday.
Hopefully this will now be a permanent fix
It appears sunflow has gone into liquidation and the app is down. Our heating system was in holiday mode before the app went down and therefore we are unable to control any stat. Please can someone help to understand how we can get around this or if anyone has contact with the administrators and if the app will come back up working again?
We had 3 sunflow heaters installed in 2021 as we are all electric & should have 15 years warranty. Only found out today they have gone into liquidation - have no idea who to contact in relation to this.
Not happy considering the heaters were not cheap
