I had amazing experience with super dry…
I had amazing experience with super dry -MK staff. I had lost the receipt and want to refund the cloths. I bought the clothes from Oxford showroom. Manger on duty phoned Oxford branch to find out the transaction which was an almost 1 month ago. Once they found the transaction in their system with the details given , I could return the cloths.

Customer Service is beyond and above to make customer happy. I must admit I came with the problem which didn’t have to be solved but they helped me….I always choosing Superdry for quality but if quality won’t satisfy you they will make you happy anyway.

Excellent service
The assistant was very helpful , I was looking for a shirt for my son. The assistant helped me to find the size I needed then also showed me more options in the same style so I had plenty to choose from.

Admittedly I bought a sale item but
Admittedly I bought a sale item so was really happy with the price, but still received great customer service from both the shop floor guy and the behind the counter guy. The guy behind the counter was cool and friendly, actually had a laugh with me which I thought was great. Will definitely return
