Superdry in Swindon Outlet…
We went to the shop in Swindon Outlet Village, such bad organization, too many clothes on rails that most the clothes were ending up on the floor, sale items mixed with full price items.
Staff hanging around on there phones, which meant we were stood by the till for 5 minutes before anyone served us.

Incompetent Employees
Assured that an item was put aside for me only to drive 60 miles to collect to be informed that it had been sold. No explanation or compensation. Desperate service and wouldn’t be buying Superdry again

Very goos service
Very goos service. Only downside of this journey is that, the lady was alobe in the counter. I could not see anyone on the floor or at least not recognisable who is staff and who is customer.

The fur to the hood of a 100 coat was on the floor. The coat it self has a small tear in the collar.

My outfits make me stand out, in a crowd. Excellent quality of organic fabric used, worth every penny. And last but no the least, the delivery was spot on. Highly, recommend this brand.
