Shop is light and can find things easily

Westgate is an Awful store, worker constantly calling me mate which was annoying, holes in the products that I brought and now having to travel back to change the item, maybe concentrate more on the items you’re selling as opposed to calling customers mate

Just wish the sizes were bigger. A Superdry XXL is most other places XL. Some of us like baggy clothes, especially jumpers, and a XXXL jumper would have been purchased in an instant

I purchased a parka style overcoat, my size was not available in the shop, but I was professionally assisted to buy on line with everything explained, the coat arrived at my address a couple of days later, it is of superb quality and a perfect fit. This is the second coat of this style, the first being for my wife. Thank you.

I shopped for a warm Bomber Jacket and found that the quality and pricing were very competitive. The staff on the pay desk were very knowledgeable and helpful.

Good experience in the Superdry shop in Oxford. Staff member Jack was very helpful in showing me additional colours for the sweatshirt I wanted and placed the order for me with no delivery cost. Overall, a good experience with very good service.
