Range of clothing is always good. The quality is superb. Styles which have been popular come back the following year. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Absolutely my favourite shop to browse in at all times of the year.

I always purchase Superdry clothes due to the style, way they are made. Great choice of clothes, accessories available. When you place the order it is always a quick despatch to either your house or to your local store. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I ordered a jacket from SuperTry and initially requested home delivery. However, as I wasn’t available at the time of delivery, I redirected it to a local pickup location. Unfortunately, the jacket was never delivered there and was eventually returned to the sender after a week. Although I did receive a full refund, I was disappointed as I really wanted the jacket. It’s a shame when you don’t get what you expect, especially after trying to resolve the situation

Ordered a replacement shirt in the shop, card was charged but I was told the order did not go through. My account has been charged, it’s not a ghost order which is what I was told in the shop.

I had a great experience shopping at the Superdry store on Oxford Street. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially in assisting me with finding the right styles and sizes. They were knowledgeable about the products and made the shopping process smooth and enjoyable. The store was well-organized, and I appreciated the efficient and attentive service. Definitely one of the best shopping experiences in London!

The quality of the products is top notch

I had ordered a top for my son for Christmas in size medium at Superdry online, only to discover that I should have ordered a size small. I went into my nearest Superdry store, some 20 miles away, where the assistant very kindly provided me with a refund, thus enabling me to purchase the same top but in a different colour, as they had no small in the original colour purchased. Overall, the experience was very good and much easier than having to post the item back and wait for an exchange through the post.
