I had a problem with the delivery as…
I had a problem with the delivery as the parcel was delivered to the wrong address. It finally arrived yesterday.
It was impossible to get any response from Royal Mail who have never responded to my complaint or apologised.
You need to be aware of this problem. I’ve ordered from you before and it’s always been absolutely fine

Ordered a Sedum suaveolens and a Sedum…
Ordered a Sedum suaveolens and a Sedum nussbaumerianum. The Sedum nussbaumerianum came perfectly fine with a lot of viable root growth on the bottom and rooted with ease. The Suaveolens however, came with no viable root base and has not rooted at all, no new growth and is now dying. For a succulent that cost £15 I would at least expect a viable root base for this plant to be sold. as this plant has not sent out a single root since it was received and all care guides provided by Surreal succulents were followed to a T.

Thank you for your balanced review. We will be sending you a replacement Sedum suaveolens free of charge as this is not to our usual standard.
When ordering plants online, getting a healthy plant in the post to begin with is essential for a healthy start in the plants new home, and since your plant arrived with no healthy roots, I can fully understand your frustration in trying to get it established.
For your current suaveolens, try dipping the base in rooting hormone. This should help it along.
