Brought a ring in-store here 2 years ago and also bought a chain from here recently and as well as the jewellery being amazing quality and styles, the customer service here is fantastic both in-store and online.

Hi Bianca, many thanks for your friendly and professional way you treated my enquiry and made it possible to order my Christmas gift for my very dear friend. Kath x

Super fast delivery, packaged lovely and such a lovey bracelet, friend loved it for her birthday.

Gorgeous range of jewellery, great for gifts too

The chain sent to me was not the one I thought I was purchasing so fine as to be unusable have wasted my money have sent a letter to read relating my disappointment would like to know why I was sent shoddy jewellery

Beautiful shop & products, but got served by a lady which made me feel uncomfortable, felt very rushed and she was very erratic in the way she served me and bagged up my item.
