I wanted a new strap for a Briston Clubmaster. The watch came with a military strap, which I didn't really like. The watch has a tortoiseshell coloured case. With help from the team at Watch Obsession I settled on the Hirsch Camelgrain leather strap, which is a perfect match. Great service and speedy delivery. Highly recommended

Easy to find exactly what I needed. Kept informed about a slight delay as they worked to source another delivery from the manufacturer. Item was then dispatched immediately, postage was very fast and item arrived a day after it was shipped. Great service.

Decided I needed a butterfly clasp instead of a buckle for my watch so I found myself at WatchObession. Ordered the buckle and it was delivered promptly however I had ordered the wrong size - my fault entirely so I got back on to WatchObsession and as suggested returned it - a painless process. Within days of them receiving my return a replacement, the right size this time, arrived. Cannot praise this firm enough and this time I got the size correct! The absolute best experience, particularly with Amy from the team. There was a slight issue with a strap, which sometimes does happen - she was able to deal with it flawlessly and sort the issue out very quickly, with exceptional customer service. I would certainly recommend!

Some people might be happy with it. The crocodile embossed leather straps look cheap, the embossing is not deep at all and so looks very low quality.
Iv ordered from strap tailor to replace this where i should have went to begin with, but the straps there are more expensive (but worth it as iv basically wasted £50 here).

I have been searching for a replacement strap for my 60 year old Rolex Day Date watch. I’ve had some bad experiences - including with a genuine Rolex strap fitted at the last service - so I approached this purchase with a little doubt in my mind. How wrong I was!

It’s gorgeous and not flimsy like some others. Of particular concern was the buckle size as I have a Rolex gold buckle that I wanted to put on and it’s an unusual size. It fitted perfectly.

There was one tiny issue - a missing spring - which was no big deal as I’d use the original Rolex ones anyway. But I thought I’d let them know for quality control purposes. They offered to send a couple out immediately, which I turned down as I didn’t need them. They also offered a 5% discount on a future order. I think that is excellent customer service and I shall certainly use them again - especially with a 5% discount on already excellent prices.

If the UK were run by this team, we wouldn't be in the current mess. Outstanding products and services with a real personal touch and top-notch efficiency.

I’ve been collecting watches for quite a while, swapping out straps etc. This is my first time using watch obsession. The strap is superb, exceptional quality and the delivery time from ordering was unbelievably quick. Will definitely be using again.

Ordered a strap that was lost in shipping. Reached out to the team at Watch Obsession and they were absolutely fantastic. Great communication throughout the process and sent a new strap - at half-price - to me almost immediately. I have ordered multiple straps from them and they will always be my first choice!

Strap arrived as described, however the new shipping company charges you duties after you already prepay the duties when ordering. I’ve been emailing back and forth with WatchObsession with no resolution. I ordered to Canada for reference.

A strap was damaged in transit, but they were great at dealing with the issue.

I ordered a watch strap and noticed later that it was the incorrect size. I called the store and Heledd was the individual that I had the pleasure speaking with. I have larger wrists however, the watch face I have (a gift) was smaller in size and thus is limited in available xl straps in the styles I like. Heledd went above and beyond assisting me with the correct size and began looking for some options to provide me with. Although we found that it was slim pickings in the size/style I wanted, we found winner. Excellent service and follow-through. Thanks Heledd!!!
