I've been reading some of the vicious reviews left by disgruntled members and Must say they are Baseless AND Unfounded.

MY Personal experiences with the staff over the years (5 Years about) has been nothing short of decent, dignified and professional - both as a paying AND non-paying member.

They even helped me to get the lifetime membership (via smaller monthly payments) versus the advertised larger lump sum - they could've just said no to helping me and went on their way BUT they Did Not...this is Professionalism and More.

Personally, I'd like to thank Sarah (from swingingheaven.ca) for all her dedication and hard work in retaining me as a member/customer for Such a LONG time - without her I would've probably left sometime ago.

So Thank YOU for all the Awesome Support Sarah!!

The only more or less real accounts belong to single men. There are almost no real couples. It's nothing compared to JLFlirt.com - they are at least making it sort of better than the other sites by verifying id's, sorting out scammers' profiles and somehow attracting real couples. SwingingHeaven is so messy and unreliable and still they want so much money for their so-called service. Stay away from them! The worst thing about SwingingHeaven is their steady trend to find a reason to overcharge you and refuse to dispute or discuss these bogus charges no matter what.

Rubbish. Deceitful owners of swimming heaven website. Lie to you as you navigate and fill in boxes till you get to I think page it step 2 or 3 where they have DELIBERATELY DEACTIVATED THE 'NEXT' BUTTON SO YOU CAN'T MOVE FORWARD WITH THE OROCESS AND IN THE same page at the bottom is an 'UPGRADE' button therefore you are being COERCED into clicking the UPGRADE button and what appears in the next page is a demand for £149 'life long membership's BULLSHIT, when the fact is the site is RUBBISH, GARBAGE, USELESS WITH TIME WASTERS ETC ALL OVER IT. Don't waste your time with these devious, deceptive bastards of a website. Swinging Heaven?BULLSHIT!

I believe the site is entirely fake. I signed up, made a generic profile, no picture, and within minutes four couples contacted me with a generic message. Then to respond to them, they want your credit card information.

Been this site for 18 years and have never had much trouble with admin until just lately. Now after all that time as a couple with vouchers from lots of people we have met they have suddenly classed us a single man, and taken down all our vouches and pics. They are only interested in money, and not in their customers

Been a member for 15 years on and off, visible on our profile ,came back and saw the " life membership " s paid thats and got started again we are a couple and a year ago they asked us for face photos to prove ourselves and we satisfied them then, but now they have come back again and asked for more face photos - no mention of this when we were paying them the life membership - and with all the hacks at Marks and Sparks, HMRC going on dont think its a good idea for them to be in thier database, so now all our profile details deleted , and been changed to single male profile status

Deductioning money from card linked to website but they have blocked my account. I have no means of removing my card.

Total waste of time and money. 99.9% inactive profiles, very few real people, and WAT too expensive. Avoid this disaster of a website.

used as a couple and enjoyed lots of attention, then for some reason our photos where taken down , reason being they decided they where not of us… which they where! we have started using swingersnation now

I have found that I keep getting matches with the same people and they are not within my selected preferences or mileage. I wrote to about 12 and only recveived 2 answers. The rest either read and ignored my message or they just did not read it. The site is worse than Fabswingers and Fabguys. Keep away from this and do not pay.

When we joined this site in the early 2000s it was a place to freely express yourself (within legal limits). It's since sadly turned into an over moderated and money orientated business, whereas before it was a non profit oriented site. I feel lucky that I have an old legacy account which means I don't pay membership like the poor individuals today do, for a poor service that does little too stand out from the crowd of other swinging networking apps.

Most of us in the UK market now turn to its biggest competitor 'Fab Swingers' which is still heavily over subscribed with single guys and still heavily moderated but the pricing is fairer and the UK/local community is more active.

So, stay clear of this now average swinging site that does little to stand out from the crowd and loves to heavily moderate content and freedom of speech or expression. This site is no longer fit for purpose and should perhaps re-brand as Swinging Hell-Dom or some such other oppressive name, as heaven it very much isn't!

I submitted a story - rejected with no specific reason cited. I re-wrote as innocuously as I could. Again rejected with no explanation.

I dont like to post bad reviews as every company has things that happen time to time but this one just bothers me. I had an issue this weekend that swinging heaven refused to resolve. I was billed for an additional 3 months after initially signing up 4 months ago. I at the time selected a one time charge so as not to be charged further however this did happen. Upon emailing the company they refused to refund the payment 1 day after having charged my credit card.
Seems to me they are pretty sneaky and I'd suggest staying away from anyone like this. Any company who cares to screw customers is someone we all need to stay clear of.
I had a different account 16 months ago and back then it was fine. Seems things have changed now. They aren't so friendly. Suggest you think twice but it's up to each individual to decode based on what they read here.

Admins love showing AUTHORITY, they more interested in your cash than sorting out any problems.
Customer service is truly appalling, and if you put any pictures on it takes nearly 24 hours to approve lol. But to upgrade with your cash its soon sorted lol. Many better sites than this .

This site likes to ban paying members over stupiditys in chat, got a 6 month ban for nothing. First offense is suppose to be 24hrs, we got over a month ban the first time. Second time was the same. They say they go 24hrs, 1 week, 2 weeks, than a month. We never got less than a month ban and was for nothing that bad. They say we don't follow the rules but they don't even follow their own!! They like to show their authority in the chat!! They let free members get away with a lot cause they want them to stay and eventually pay for the site. Overpriced site, no support from admins. Don't waste your money

I have been on this site for many years firstly as a couple and for the last 10 years as a single male. i have never had any isues with the site, admins, payment or anything. remeber people it is not a dating site!! it is a swinging site, and whilst every effort seems to be made by the admins to flush out and remove fake profile, unfortunatley a small handfull get through.
almost 20 years on the site had some amazing meets with like minded people and some absolute nightmares, but on the whole a brilliant site

So ive moved to this site, after being elsewhere .. my reviews will show where, and have found it to be a very pleasurable experience so far, the mods are helpful, the people are chatty, the platform is really good. Ok you pay a bit more for it, but it does have advantages, we have a couples profile, that we can both use at the same time in chat. So there is no need to have multiple profiles. Which is a fantastic feature. The mods have been really helpful, any tech issues and they are straight on it. Admin respond when you put in support tickets, with a common sense and reasonable response. So far it has been really good, and very professionally operated.

One of the best Adult Dating sites around, been a member for nearly 20 years on and off. Great genuine community with like minded individuals. Very busy chat rooms with 1000s online 24 hours a day. Fairly moderated and support is always fairly quick and helpful. I think the groups section could be a bit better as I find that a bit clunky and hard to find. Lots of matches and all the members and messages are real. Had some great action on here over the years.

They seem to protect their fake accounts meaning single guys pretending to women or couples, this is very unsafe they wont allow naming and shaming and they just these guys carry on, this is a very dangerous site for women to use the admins or moderators dont care for you safety .
