The Customer Service is very efficient…
The Customer Service is very efficient and polite. The calls are answered within 5 minutes and if you request a call back it is answered relatively fast. My experiences with this company were always positive. Thank you

It has been 4 weeks and they won’t send…
It has been 4 weeks and they won’t send anyone to fix the hot water. I’ve called them and they keep passing me off to scheduling team, then say parts are missing, then lose the case number etc. I’m calling everyday begging them to send an engineer and they say they will and no one calls back. It’s been 4 weeks, I’ve started official complaints and they don’t care. I’ve reported them to the regulator too. It’s appalling that they can do this because they have a monopoly over the supply and we can’t change the supplier

I was well attended to by your staff on the phone. Though I was initially upset as no action had been taken to resolve the issue of bills but Leiya calm me down. She carefully looked into the issue by contacting others to ensure there is solution. She treated me with dignity especially being new to Switch 2.

Never thought I’d give SW2 5 stars for…
Never thought I’d give SW2 5 stars for anything and I did have to hold a very long time to speak to someone as usual. But when I did get through, the customer service lady was lovely, super helpful, human, helped reduce my anxiety and left me feeling that something was actually going to be resolved for once! Thankyou Lea. I hope that this signals a new era for Switch 2 customer service!
