Symphony were called out to fix part of the wardrobe which had come off due to some screws snapping and to fix a door that wouldn’t close properly. The technician Jon Pritchard, who arrived was very helpful and informed us that the wardrobe hadn’t been installed properly by our new build builders and none of the doors had the ‘soft close’ feature applied. The shelf was fixed and the doors were corrected so that they all now close in the correct order and use the ‘soft close’ feature. All of this was completed very quickly.

The fitter who replaced my doors and re-aligned other doors was friendly, helpful and very experienced.
He went above and beyond what was expexted and all the work was completed in a timely manner.

Jon came to replace a unit and was the most pleasant and cheerful man. He fitted the unit quickly and efficiently and even put a screw into another unit for me which had come loose . Am very pleased with the work and the service .

Engineer was very patient and gave attention to my concerns about the fitted strip lighting being damaged. He completed the job without any worries and even gave me a good tip on how to clean the metal splashback.

Bought a new build property and had the kitchen worktop replaced as it was chipped, then the 2nd work top had sand paper scratches all over it. They said they would buff it as good will, but if they damaged it or anything went wrong as they were buffing the worktop this was on us and they would not take any responsibility. Then the joint has tuned yellow where they have replaced the old work top and said we have damaged it

Chris ans Serge did a fantastic job coming back to fix an issue from our new build home. Lovely lads and they were done in a couple of hours. You would also never knew they had been. Cleaned up after them selves ! Brilliant interaction
