Great service and engaging staff
I dealt mainly with Danii who guided me through the process of buying a used Audi, Danii was both professional and knowledgeable and at no time did I feel hassled into buying add ons, although I did as that is what I wanted.
I also dealt with Robbie on some details who again was professional.
I am very satisfied with both my new car and the service provided by Audi Huddersfield and would not hesitate to recommend or buy another vehicle from the team again.

Great experience
I dealt with Robbie at Audi and he really looked after me. He was very quick and efficient in getting the car sorted for us. He even arranged delivery to us and followed up after to make sure we were happy.
The car came as described and overall our experience with Audi Huddersfield was amazing! Thanks guys

On arrival I asked for the tyres to be checked due to the TPS light coming on, and the front tyres being close to wear marker, on collection when I asked about the tyre check, I was told they hadn’t been looked at, now I have to book in somewhere else to get these seen to.

Poor customer service
Very disappointed with the service at Huddersfield Audi. I booked my Audi A6 in to diagnose a whistling noise on cold starts — an issue I even provided a video recording of. Despite this, they were unwilling to investigate further because the noise wasn’t present at the time of the appointment. I was told the only option was to leave the car with them for several days without a courtesy car, which is simply not practical.
I took a day off work specifically to get this checked under warranty, yet no real help was provided. I asked to speak with the manager, Elliot, but was told he was too busy to spare even a few minutes. The lack of professionalism and flexibility was very disappointing. I’ve now had to take my car elsewhere. Based on this experience, I wouldn’t recommend Huddersfield Audi.

Approved used warranty missing?
Initial sales process was fine, although the vehicle was a bit rushed at the preparation stage but they did compensate (financially) for those items.
Trouble came later when I needed to rely upon the 2 year approved used warranty - it was not valid and or on the vehicle.
It wasn't a case of disputing what was covered by the warranty just that the nationwide 2 year warranty was not in place on the vehicle and I had a £3k repair bill with no safety net covering any of the costs.
A bit of 'trades description' here and I am fighting to get the issue recognised by the dealership or Audi UK - both have walked away signposting my to the Motor Ombudsman - who are a industry quango (funded by the members who par-take in it!) so unlikely to get any joy there.
In summary the vehicle was sold with a two year warranty, I needed it at month 18 and it was not valid/applied to my vehicle (basically did not exist).

Took my Audi E-Tron to Huddersfield for…
Took my Audi E-Tron to Huddersfield for a MOT and a software recall. Staff were really friendly but was unimpressed with having to wait over four hours when I specifically asked for a ‘waiting appointment’. I called the dealership on the Friday before my appointment to try and work out times but never received a call back. I was also disappointed that I had to ask staff for updates throughout my wait.

Disgraceful service
I travelled over 1.5 hours to view an £86,000 Audi RS7 at Huddersfield Audi, expecting a premium experience. Instead, the car was filthy, covered in dust, with visible scuffs and dog hair/saliva throughout the interior—completely unacceptable for a high-value vehicle.
Staff were unprofessional and dismissive. Robbie Blake attempted to rub damage off with his thumb and spit, and when I raised concerns, he accused me of being confrontational and walked away. There was no apology, no hospitality, and no effort to resolve the situation.
When I asked about a test drive, Mike Greenwood,the sales manager seemed more focused on the price than the customer experience, giving the impression that I wasn't a serious buyer—even though I came prepared to purchase outright.
This experience was embarrassing, disappointing, and far below the standards expected from the Audi brand.
I was compensated £100 for my travel cost and inconvenience but this does not make the experience acceptable
The vehicle in question is still for sale with Audi Huddersfield MK73 CDX , I strongly recommend not buying this vehicle as it has not been treated as the type of car it is

Excellent professional and friendly service provided, by Heather (Carrington). Worth travelling from Cheshire for, especially when an Audi dealership is 2 miles from our door!
From reception when you call to leaving with our new car, everyone we met was very friendly and attentive.
Cannot speak highly enough of Heather, whose customer service and lovely approachable manner are second to one. Thanks Oliver (Moss) - finance. Thoroughly explained financial aspects, and was once again professional yet very friendly.
