30 day exchange plan
We purchased a car from here around 6 weeks ago and the sale person Heather Carrington was amazing she did everything to help us . We had just one small problem that wasn’t the garage fault just the manager for been a little unfair . We purchased the car on the 30 day exchange plan if you return the car for any reason in the 30 days or less there will exchange the car for one more has long has it’s the same price or more. So we had the car two days we had a problem so we told the garage we want to exchange the car for a different car there said fine I told them there is a car you have it’s £5000 more but we are prepared to pay the extra . So there came back to me after a few hours and said you can’t have that car . I said why not there said where losing money on the car there is a black car there said I said no I want the white car.anyway I was stupid because I offered them even more money £500 pound more it was the only way there was going to let me have the car. So I got the white car which I was pleased but after a few weeks I looked at this 30 day exchange plan it doesn’t say anything about paying more for the car than what it’s advertised for . Don’t get me wrong I offered them the extra I felt I had no choice . I have spoke the customer service and the manager but there is nothing there can do . But garage was very nice and I would buy from them again and Heather was wonderful maybe next time I should be more careful and there did exchange the car which was good of them . Maybe the manger should of been a bit more fair ?.
But like I said I don’t hold the garage responsible I will watch what I am doing next time .

I recently part exchanged my Audi Allroad for another A6 Allroad at Huddersfield Audi. I started my search in 2023 and I have found Leia Hanson, Sales Executive, to be the most proactive, organised and helpful Sales person that I spoken to both at Audi and many other premium garages. There are few A6 Allroad around but she helped source exactly what I was looking for! Kind regards Blake

Excellent after sales support and customer service for my 'Audi Approved Used' vehicle.
I purchased my Audi A3 at Bradford Audi. However when I experienced a couple of problems, I took it into Huddersfield Audi for investigation under the used 12 month warranty. I chose to do this as my experience of booking the car in at Bradford Audi was proving difficult and I has used Huddersfield Audi with a previous A3. When the investigation revealed a number of problems, which I had not expected with a car which I had purchased less than 2 months previous and which I had done less than 2000 miles, Ellie Smith in Service went above and beyond to help sort the issues liaising with Bradford Audi. Ellie's customer service, communication skills and support was outstanding. She is a real credit to Huddersfield Audi - she portrays the professionalism and attitude you would expect from an Audi Dealer.

Great Service
Really helpful team - sorted out a warranty claim for me. Whole process was hassle free, was kept fully up to date from the issue being identified, parts being order and arriving to the car being fully repaired.

Helpful but ineffective support for a…
Helpful but ineffective support for a long list of ongoing electrical /electronic faults with a used Audi purchased via their approved car scheme.
The vehicle has been in their workshop 7 times in 6 months and the conclusion is I “have to live with the fault” as they can’t fix it. Disappointing.

Although I live in Cheshire, I continue to choose AUDI Huddersfield for all my car service requirements. Service desk staff are excellent, the technicians give great feedback via their cam reports and always have the car ready for collection on time.
