Great Experience Buying
I recently bought a car from Audi Nottingham and wanted to leave a review due to the exceptional service I received.
I was met at Audi by Albert Salapat who was fantastic to deal with. Albert was polite, professional and made the car buying process extremely enjoyable, in no small part because of his boundless enthusiasm and love for what he does..
Albert took the time to listen to exactly what it was that we wanted in our next car and was not ‘pushy’ at all, he matched our expectations and budget to a vehicle they had in stock and the rest is history! Albert showed my partner and I a car we fell in love with immediately and subsequently purchased.
I would 100% purchase a car from Albert again.

Bought a 2 year old Q7 from Audi…
Bought a 2 year old Q7 from Audi Nottingham on 31 Jan 25. Did the purchase and agreed trade in for my existing car by sharing photos and videos. Drove 300 miles from Glasgow to pick it and the whole experience went very smoothly. Big thanks to Daniel Rana who dealt with the sale from start to finish. Very impressed.

It is very rare I take the time to write reviews but I would like to take the time to acknowledge Roger Ball from your sales team.
I came in on a whim over Christmas as I have been looking for a new car for around a year And couldn’t find what I was after.
Roger was assigned to us and he swiftly pointed us to the products available within our budget.
We went on the test drive and were happy with the drive of a similar model as the car we were purchasing was located in Reading.
Once the car was delivered Roger rang and I came to collect the vehicle it was in far better condition than I anticipated!
I contacted Roger on day of collection once home as I have had a teething problem with the MMI touchpad. He immediately had me booked in at my next convenience Saturday 18th Jan and has ordered a new one in to be swapped out.
From start to finish Roger has been exceptionally professional and extremely welcoming to myself and my wife and really couldn’t do enough for us.
Once the term is up on this vehicle we will be coming back again.

A special experience
I had not expected to change my car soon, and definitely not before Christmas, but Albert was fantastic and came up with a superb deal that meant everything happened quite quickly after that. The level of communication was superb throughout, so I always knew exactly what was happening, and the efficiency of all those involved meant that the whole process was quick and extremely smooth. With excellent inputs from Jonathon and Peter, I could. not have asked for a better experience. On Christmas Eve, Albert has prepared everything perfectly so that I could collect the car before midday - after a very special unveiling - and drive away after having the whole My Audi app explained and the EV charging procedure shown to me and my family. Overall, it was faultless and not only makes me feel like a valued customer but has also made me much more loyal to the brand, and I can't thank the Nottingham Audi team enough,

Sold my Audi R8 to Sytner Audi
I contacted Sytner Audi online for a valuation on my Audi R8 and was given a price close to my expectation. They followed this up with a phone call to discuss their offer and arranged for David Evans, one of their buyers, to visit my home address to view the car. The visit took place and a price was agreed with collection arranged for later in the week. David managed the whole process and ensured that everything went as planned. Excellent service, thank you.

Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service.
Didn't even know what was wrong with my car and then quoted me 3 grand for a new exhaust. The smallest hole in the exhaust was wrong with it !!! Please tell me how your "experience" workers misses it even missed it on the free health check. More like jealousy

Mobile tech is a superstar!
Andrew the mobile tech came out to perform a safety recall on my 18 year old RS4, Absolute hero, polite, knowledgeable and a joy to deal with, completed the job a lot quicker than if I’d had to visit the dealership. Also passed on a few tips to look out for in the future. One even happier Audi owner!

3 stars because a guy called Ian
3 stars because a guy called Ian. Lewis Barker on his own would have scored 5 stars. Had the car complete its first MOT, this guy called Ian says I need to change the number plate. We check and note that the government website says ‘passed’ Ian says “unfortunately on this occasion your car has passed its MOT” who says that to a customer? Car goes in again for service, they tell me there’s something wrong with the suspension, Lewis goes to see Ian to see about warranty, of course Ian comes back and says it’s not covered. I take the car to Audi Boston as they’ve been superb and guess what? It is covered under warranty. Audi Nottingham, I’ve never met this guy called Ian and all I can tell you is what happened. Ian is not good for Audi Nottingham. I will now drive 65 miles to Boston rather than go back to Nottingham.

At least better treatment than in January 2024 when I was made to wait 6 weeks for urgent gearbox attention then another 4 weeks while they worked out how to repair it!

I have just picked up my car from Audi Nottingham, the whole experience from start to finish was amazing. Jake listened to what I was looking for and came up with a car that ticked all the boxes. He talked about the discounts that were available to me, but none of them meant I had to sign up today! There was no pushy sales talk. Jake followed up as he said he would and supported me through the process, making it easy to understand. Jakes kind and friendly approach put me at ease which then enabled us to have an open and honest conversation.

Was very easy from start to finish. From the minute I sent off the request to look at the car to actually picking up the car. Azar at the Nottingham branch was be very helpful and professional and totally put me at ease buying a new car.
