Very easy to check in. Great attention from Ciprain who explained all options very professionally. Also a nice environment to wait in.
Great friendly staff and service. It’s a shame there isn’t a collection service or courtesy car offered as the garage is in an awkward spot with limited transport links.

Work is effective but customer service is appalling
Switched to Audi West London with my new car for regular servicing and every experience I've had with their customer facing teams has been poor. On my service, the representative couldn't answer standard service questions (he was junior and not the person named as my rep), pricing wasn't made clear and today when calling with an enquiry the team didn't want to speak on the phone, didn't offer solutions nor wanted to understand the problem. Their service work is good, but customers service amoung the worst in person and over the phone.

The service guy who attended to me was not very professional and i didn't appreciate his style of communications which i dont believe is inline with good customer service experience.

The service team are great
The service team are great. I’ve bought my cars here for years, and had them serviced too. Anoop is a great professional- I highly recommend asking for him when you need servicing or repairs!
