I was dealt with by Diliar and he kept me informed all the way through during the purchase of my new A3. He kept be notified and was very helpful and accommodating and I would recommend him to family and friends if they ever wish to purchase a new Audi. He was very patient with me, polite and professional and understanding. He was not pushy like some salesmen can be. Highly recommend him.

I came in having a vague idea of what I was after, so Altay spent time to identify the key things I needed, and then took me through all the different options as a process of elimination to find the right car. He was very patient and the whole process was pressure free but focussed. He made the whole experience fun and relaxed, and I ended up with a beautiful car!

Took my car in for its first service and was very well looked after by the highly capable Nayan Patel. He is an excellent service advisor. He took his time to go through the schedule of works on the car and I also had an issue with my MMI module and he took his time to help me resolve.

Nayan really went above and beyond an I hope my review goes a little way to helping him gain the recognition he deserves. He really was the consummate professional. He also took time to help me diagnose the issue with the MMI

I recently took my car to Audi West London for a routine service, during which a serious issue was detected that required immediate repair. As my car is still under warranty, I was expecting to be offered a replacement vehicle.

Malik was very friendly, professional, and helpful throughout the process, and I appreciate his positive attitude. However, I feel that management should reconsider how they support customers whose cars are under warranty, especially when major repairs are needed.

Initially, I was told that my car would be repaired by 5 p.m. the following day. As I run a business and had an important event, I needed my car urgently. I therefore collected it and returned the next day to proceed with the repair.

When I brought the car back, I was informed that no replacement vehicle was available, but I was again told that my car would be ready by 5 p.m. I decided to stay at the dealership and work remotely, as I had many virtual meetings and work responsibilities.

Unfortunately, I was not given any clear updates on when my car would be ready, and once again, I was not offered a replacement vehicle. I was disappointed by the lack of communication and support.

As I did not want to express my frustration in front of other customers, my husband contacted the dealership by phone. After this, I was finally provided with a replacement car.

My car was repaired over the weekend, and I had the replacement vehicle for three days.

Overall, while I am grateful for Malik’s professionalism, I believe Audi West London management needs to improve communication and ensure that customers under warranty are offered replacement vehicles when required.

Malik looked after my car MOT and service. Malik was very friendly , professional and explained the whole process step by step. Malik provided great customer service.

The staff was very helpful. Where there were three small services coming within a gap of couple of months, I was asked to get it done together and that made sense. Services like; oil change, pollen filters and vehicle health check at 9K.

The service provided at West London Audi is absolute first class, the entire process is extremely slick, from booking to drop off and collection. We have utilised the same Service Advisor (Anoop) in recent years and it’s his efforts to go the extra mile that makes us come back to the dealership. If I’ve an issue with one of our cars, he’s there to help every time. West London Audi are lucky to have him, so are we! He’s a star.
