Excellent communication and buying experience
Excellent communication throughout the pre-sale questions, buying process and delivery, very helpful arranging when the table would arrive. The delivery driver gave a brief explanation on the best way to get the table out of the box to setup which was very helpful too.

Very happy with the table tennis table…
Very happy with the table tennis table I have purchased. Wendy was very helpful ensuring the delivery was as close to my daughter’s birthday as possible. Delivery was on time and the two guys very helpful helping me hide the box. Took us just over 90 mins to put together with no hiccups, the video on there website was very helpful. It was at the end we ended up with two extra pieces so we called them and apparently this is a new adjustment to the table so just followed the guidelines in the instructions. It would of been helpful for them to let us know about this beforehand either by email to save us calling them. Would definitely recommend this company.

I’m sorry the video hadn’t been updated to show the ‘new’ last step. These additional parts were added recently and whilst they are shown in the assembly manual, it takes a while for the videos to be reproduced. I take onboard your point regarding telling you in advance about the extra step, but because the video is only designed to be used to supplement the written instructions we didn’t feel it was necessary. We will however review this decision. Thank you very much for your custom. As an independent specialist retailer your support is most appreciated. table tennis for Christmas
The table tennis table was a Christmas gift to my kids who still believe in Santa.
The day after ordering the table tennis, the company called me to confirm order and the gentleman was so considerate and asked if I was on speaker to make sure he could not be over heard by my children and spoil the Christmas surprise. They kept me up to date on the delivery progress. The item was delivered and every part was present.
I would happily order from them again,

I was absolutely delighted with my experience with table-tennis-tables.co.uk. I had been planning to make my purchase online, but needed to call and speak to an advisor. The advisor was knowledegebale and not only recommended a slightly less expensive product than the one I had originally been looking at, but also managed to add it to a delivery in my area the very next day! Cornilleau 540 outdoor table…
Bought a Cornilleau 540 outdoor table tennis table, found website to have lots of choice and competitive prices.
Following order I was contacted quickly explaining delivery, which arrived on time and really helpful in getting to back of house where we wanted it.
Table is great, very sturdy and has a look and feel of something that will last a long time.
Really happy we chose this smaller specialist supplier over the bigger sports groups, would strongly recommend table-tennis-tables to anyone.

I received clear, excellent on-the-phone advice.
Having ordered at the last-minute, attempts were made to ensure that there would be two people delivering this heavy product.
On delivery, a useful phone call was made and the couriers were extremely helpful, friendly and polite.
