Not great customer service.
I ordered a Petzl chainsaw helmet on Bank holiday Monday, I never received any confirmation regarding the order. A week later no sign of the helmet, so I phoned to ask where the item was! I was told I would receive the said helmet the following day.
Following day still no helmet! Emailed them and was reassured helmet would be delivered next day! Following day still no helmet, so cancelled order and requested a full refund.
I wouldn't use this company again.

Unfortunately, there was an issue with the delivery of our ordered stock which caused unexpected delays, and I apologise that this wasn’t communicated clearly or promptly at the time. That’s on us, and we should have kept you better informed throughout.
The stock has now arrived, and everything is back to normal on our side. While I understand you’ve cancelled your order, if you would consider giving us another chance, we’d be more than happy to offer you a discount code as a gesture of goodwill for the inconvenience and effort caused.
