Impressed with the tarp we received!
Received the tarp we had ordered and we were impressed! The quality was very good, heavy duty material and the color was just what we wanted. The tarp was made exactly as we specified and came very quickly! We are very pleased with our new tarp and would highly recommend!

Avoid this business! India based customer service is ineffective in resolving your order problems, and company workers DO NOT READ any special instructions given when mfg’g your custom tarp order. Don’t waste your time and money with Tarps and All!! 🙏

This product looks nothing like what is shown on the website.
This product looks nothing like what is showed in photos on website. They’ve posted completely deceiving pictures. I don’t appreciate this nor do I feel like I received any valued customer service when contacting them.
When responding to me they simply kept stating the same thing. I know I received the product I ordered. Perhaps autogenerated or an AI response?? So if I really did receive the correct product it IS COMPLETELY see through. Not 90% privacy as stated. I would never
recommend this company. Don’t believe the photos on their website.

Terrible customer service and poor packaging
Customer service was terrible and refused to help me with different shipping options. (Not to mention its just some call center full of people who dont actually know anything about the company). And then the product i had spent a large amount of money on showed up very late and damaged due to poor packaging.

They are not a local business
This company has an Australian address in Silverwater NSW, so you may think you are ordering locally as the 'expected' delivery date may be only 1-2 weeks away.
Don't believe it.
In our case a fire retardant tarp was ordered because the expected delivery was in 6-10 days.
The tarp eventually arrived about 2 months later after I attempted to cancel the order with Visa. It had been sent by air freight from India.
The website offers a 1800 number but all attempts to call them were answered by a message saying they are busy, call later. The webchat was handled by AI. Any specific questions about the order could not be answered. Some emails were responded to from a Group Bayport email address.
After all that, I have serious doubts about whether the tarp is actually fire retardant to any Australian sample.

Very responsive...in the beginning
Very responsive...in the beginning. Shipment dates came and went, phone calls resulted in updated production dates that were clearly fiction. The last call I told them to cancel the order and was advised they would only refund shipping and taxes. I agreed to proceed after being told it was in production and them offering a 10% discount. It finally shipped and delivered quite fast and was exactly what I ordered. Only order if you don't care when it is received. No discount has been received to date.

Not a scam, but felt like one!
This has been a confusing customer experience right from the beginning. Like many other reviewers, I paid extra for 'priority' delivery which was promised to arrive within 3 days. I think it was finally delivered after 3 weeks! Honestly, I thought I'd been scammed and had mentally accepted I wasn't going to get what I ordered. But now I have it and the product is... Really good!
Great quality and I have to say I'm really pleasantly surprised. Customer service were responsive and eventually refunded my delivery fee after some back and forth. But like many others have said here, the website is a bit of a disaster and there was clearly not even an attempt to deliver on time. I don't know where the products were shipped from but I'd bet it's not from the UK.
So, would I recommend to a friend? Absolutely not, especially if they wanted their item quickly. But would I buy something again? Honestly, maybe. The product was great and I've struggled to find something similar elsewhere. Like I said at the start, I'm still very confused!

Delays, delays, delays and no real schedule for delivery
My order was placed on May 21. I believe I was told 5 to 7 days to ship. Then that was postponed to June 15 and it’s been postponed “4 to 5 days” each week since. I keep receiving what I believe to be is a standard email that keeps stating “4 to 5 days” which is clearly absolute BS. That’s not scheduling that’s deceiving the customer. I’m beginning to wonder if I will ever receive my tarp. These guys will tell you what you want to hear and then totally disregard their promises.

Their website is a mess
Their website is a mess. Options appear and disappear. Three times I tried to place an order and I ended up with no options just a basic tarp. They claimed my email was wrong but they kept emailing me offers and ads. to my correct email. I never got written confirmation and they billed mt credit card immediately. Imcompetence!!

Ordered a tarp with grommets and paid for priority shipping. Even called and spoke with a representative to ensure delivery time. When the tarp didn’t arrive and I reached out they said due to unexpected delays I could expect the tarp in another week. I received no notification of the delay. I expect a full refund, we shall see. Unacceptable I will not be ordering from this company again! :)

Incorrect information on website
I ordered from them because their website stated that production would be 24 to 48 hours and shipping would be 2 to 10 days. In reality their production took 11 DAYS and they moved the delivery date out so the tarp will now arrive while I am on the trip I wanted it for. It will probably get stolen from my porch while I'm gone. What a waste of time and money. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! I contacted them via chat and that was more wasted time. They just repeated what I had said and apologized for their production delays. No offer to try to resolve the problem other than asking if someone else could take the package in. WTH??? I NEED the tarp for my trip. How about getting it to me on time? THAT would be a resolution. This company is awful.
